1 VBS 2018 Adult VBS Cnference Plan 1 VBS 2018 ADULT VBS EXTRAS CONFERENCE PLAN (1 HOUR) Purpse Statement This ne-hur plan is designed t equip Adult VBS leaders t engage churched and unchurched adults using LifeWay s Game On! the extra elements (snacks, crafts, rec, etc.) included in the VBS 2018 Adult VBS curriculum. Needed Resurces VBS 2018 Adult Starter Kit Adult Cpy all resurces n the enhanced CD. Place the items in a tabbed 3-ring binder and display n the fcal table. s () Cpy 5 sets f and place each set in a sprtsthemed gift bag. Line up the bags in frnt f the fcal table. Adult VBS Pm-Pm Pen Craft () Cpy 5 sets f instructins and place each inside plastic page prtectrs. Gather the listed supplies and place them alngside the instructins n a table where adults can gather n all sides. Item 1: Adult VBS Cpy 1 page fr every 3 adults nt white cardstck. Adult VBS Snack (10 minutes) Begin the sessin when the first adult enters the rm. Enlist an adult t begin mixing the Take Me ut t the Ball Game Snack Mix. Greet each new arriver and direct her t put dwn her persnal items and jin yu in making and bagging the snack mix. Attach a decrative tag t each ne s adults can recrd their Adult VBS dates. Ask cnferees t brainstrm ideas t use this extra adult craft t prmte VBS t the parents f children attending VBS at yur church. Allw 5 minutes t play Give-Get-Mve r GGM. Play the VBS 2018 theme sng during the game. T play, blw a cach s whistle t start the game and each time it is time t mve t a new persn.
