3 Curse Familiarizatin and Warm-Ups Handlers in all classes are permitted t walk the curse, withut a dg, during a walk-thrugh perid held prir t the start f the class. The walk-thrugh is restricted t nly handlers entered in that class. Handlers with multiple dgs, at events with multiple rings may request t walk with a height grup ther than the ne their dg is entered in if a cnflict is imminent. A warm-up area, cnsisting f a regulatin agility jump, shall be prvided. The warm-up area is t be used exclusively fr warming up the dg and nt fr training r relieving f the dg. Ribbns, Prizes and Awards Ribbns will be awarded fr 1st thrugh 4th place teams in each jump height in each class. Dgs must qualify t receive placement ribbns. Qualifying ribbns will be awarded t all dgs receiving qualifying scres. MACH and PACH ribbns will be awarded fr thse finishing their champinship title. Title ribbns will be awarded t thse dgs earning a new title at this event. Duble Q ribbns will be awarded t teams qualifying in bth Std and JWW runs n the same day fr thse cmpeting in the Master classes. All entries, including wait listed entries, must be received by the trial secretary prir t the Feb 8 clsing date f the trial. Full refunds will be given t thse exhibitrs withdrawing after 5 pm Feb 8 but n later than Feb 18 at 6 pm ONLY fr the runs that are able t be filled frm the waiting list.

By entering this trial, exhibitrs acknwledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulatins f the sprt, and that their dgs are familiar with and able t perfrm all bstacles safely. 2. The trial-giving club, the Trial Secretary, their agents, emplyees, etc, assume n respnsibility fr any lss, damage, r injury sustained by exhibitrs, handlers, r t any f their dgs r prperty, and further assumes n respnsibility fr injury t children. 3. Puppies under 4 mnths ld are prhibited at AKC Agility Trials. 4. Entry fees will nt be refunded in the event that a dg is absent, disqualified, excused r barred frm cmpetitin by the actin f the Event Cmmittee. 5. N entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannt pen r be cmpleted by reasn f rits, civil disturbances, fire, and act f Gd, public emergency, act f a public enemy, r any ther cause beynd the cntrl f the rganizing cmmittee. 6. It is expressly understd that exhibitrs alne are respnsible fr the behavir f their dgs and/r children. Any exhibitr whse dgs and/r children create unnecessary disturbances r repeatedly engage in unsafe r disruptive behavir may, at the discretin f the Event Cmmittee, be asked t leave the trial site. In such case, n refund f any fees paid will be made. 7. All dgs must be n a leash at all times except when in the ring r when in the designated agility warm-up area. 8. The Trial Secretary will add a $35 cllectin fee t the amunt f each returned check. Subsequent returned checks frm the same exhibitr may result in their being put n a CASH ONLY basis. 10. Judges are nt required t wait fr dgs. Exhibitrs are respnsible fr being at the ring gate when it is their turn t run. 11. Exhibitrs are respnsible fr cleaning up after their dgs.
