1 Central Longhair, Semi-Longhair & All-Breed Cat Club Mrs Val Anderson-Drew Many thanks to Eileen & Keith for the invitation to judge and the hospitality. It was good to see a well-supported show though it did result in a busy day. Unfortunately my booked steward was unable to attend so I managed on my own and had some lovely cats to judge. TITLED CLASSES GRAND ANY OTHER FOREIGN CHAMPION MALE GCC HADLEY S CH RHODIC CARAMAC OF LIGHTPAW (BEN n 24 32) M Snow Spotted Bengal A young aoc-eyed lad of only 15 months with a gentle nature. His head is still developing with beginnings of jowls, a medium wedge with good breadth & rounded contours. High cheekbones, rounded muzzle & pronounced whisker pads. Slight curve to the profile but his chin could be stronger. Brick red nose leather with a dark outline. Wide set ears though they are a touch large with a broad base & rounded tips. Large oval eyes set on a slight slant of a pale bluey colour with a hint of green. Long sleek body with muscular limbs of medium length & moderately long tail of even thickness, slightly tapering to a dark tip. Soft coat with large donut spots on a pale base though showing some ticking in the ground colour, especially down his spine the top of his tail. Good head markings with long lines on the cheeks. Spotted tummy & barred limbs with spots on his feet. Shown in lovely condition. GRAND ANY OTHER FOREIGN CHAMPION FEMALE GCC GILLESPIE S CH THICKTHORN CASSANDRA (OCI b 24) F Chocolate Ocicat A young girl of only 15 months with a typical wild look. Her head is a modified wedge longer than it is wide with a slight curve from muzzle to cheek. Broad muzzle with a suggestion of squareness but it could do with a little more length. Moderately large, well-set ears with tiny tufts, a broad base and rounded tips. Large eyes of a rounded almond shape. Elegant & muscular body with an athletic appearance with muscular limbs and fairly long tail to balance. Close-lying coat with a satiny texture & clearly spotted with chocolate markings on a pale copper agouti ground. Thumb-print spots on the body with oyster markings on the flanks & broken spine line. Good head markings, well-marked limbs & spotted tummy. Shown in lovely condition but she was rather shy and preferred to hide under her blanket in the pen. BREED CLASSES MAINE COON BROWN/BLUE TABBY (INC BI-COLOUR) ADULT MALE BOB MASKELL & LAKE S CH BLOOMINGTREE KK IRONMAN (MCO n 22) M Brown Classic Tabby A huge boy of only just 2 years. Nicely balanced masculine head of medium length & slightly longer than wide with uniform width to the nose & a broad square muzzle. Good profile & deep strong chin, level bite. Tall ears set high yet wide apart with tufts & light inner furnishings. Pale green eyes that are set a little deep & could be more expressive. Long substantial body with a broad chest & square rump. Strong limbs & long well-furnished tail to balance. Nicely prepared coat with a warm overall colour. Good classic tabby pattern with oyster markings on the flanks. A gentle lad shown in lovely condition. ALSO CONSIDERED FOR BEST OF BREED Page 1 of 9
2 EDWARDS S CH DARKTOWER ZIGGYSTARDUST (MCO n 03 22) M Brown Classic Tabby & White A mature body of 2 years. Masculine head of medium length with a broad square muzzle. Slight concave curve to the profile but the tip of his nose drops off. Level bite. Large ears with a broad base & large tufts at the tip, set wide apart but a fraction low. Large eyes of good shape & set. Long rectangular body with strong limbs & a long well-furnished tail to balance. Silky coat with a slight ruff. Classic tabby pattern with good head markings. White on his feet, chest & tummy plus a teeny white blaze on his face. Shown in lovely condition. MAINE COON BROWN/BLUE TABBY (INC BI-COLOUR) ADULT FEMALE 1 ST CC LAKE S SILVALAKE MISS PEPPER POTTS (MCO n 22) F Brown Classic Tabby A young girl of only 9 months and only just an adult. Adolescent head as to be expected and still developing. Her head is of medium length with a well-placed nasal bridge but needs to broaden. Uniform width to the nose & squarish muzzle that was better when she relaxed. Slight concave curve to the profile plus a slight nose bump. Deep chin that rounds off a little, bite OK but her gums were rather red. Tall tufted ears with inner feathering; it was difficult to see the set as she kept holding them down flat! Green eyes of good shape & set. Long body, good boning to the limbs & long well-furnished tail Coat developing, it could do with a little more preparation & was a touch greasy down her back but this could be hormonal. Black markings on a cool ground colour, warmer tones to her head. Good head markings, butterfly & oyster markings present but she is a little solid down her spine. A young lady who needs to mature but the basics are there, she was rather shy & apprehensive but not a problem to handle. ALSO CONSIDERED FOR BEST OF BREED SMITH S CH FLOWERFOX LAVENDER (MCO n 22) F Brown Classic Tabby A grumbly girl of 1½ years who wasn t keen on leaving her pen. She doesn t have a ruff at present and the shorter fur around her head affects her look. Slight concave curve to the profile & deep chin but I would prefer more definition to her muzzle. Tall tufted ears and green eyes of good shape & set. Rectangular body but she preferred to curl herself up. Good classic tabby pattern emphasised by the shorter coat length. AC BI-COLOUR RAGDOLL ADULT MALE It was difficult choosing between these two boys as they are both developing. 1 ST CC PEROVA S RUBY CHANTALL VIKING (IMP) (RAG n 03 21) M Seal Tabby Point A well-grown young lad of only 11 months. Adolescent head which is still developing, slightly rounded between the ears and the cheeks & muzzle are still developing. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile, good chin & level bite. Medium ears set wide apart with a slight forward tilt in profile and large well-opened eyes of a deep blue colour. Long heavy body with good substance, medium length limbs of good bone with large round paws & tufted toes. Bushy tail but it could be a little longer for balance. Silky coat with the length developing, beige body colour though some grey at the roots. Tabby points with an M on the forehead & ringed tail. Balanced inverted V of white on the face, white chest, underbody & limbs. A gentle lad shown in lovely condition but a little reserved and not keen on leaving his pen. 2 ND ATKINS S SARAGGS ATHOS (RAG d 03 21) M Red Tabby Point A slightly older boy of 14 months. Head developing with a flat plane between the ears & well-developed cheeks but his muzzle could be more developed. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile & retroussé tip to the nose, rounded chin and level bite. Medium ears set Page 2 of 9

A very gentle lad who was easy to handle and nicely prepared & presented. BOB CANLIN S IMP GR CH RAGZNDREAMS PERFECT MATCH (TICA RWSGC) (RAG a 03 21) M Blue Tabby Point A very handsome & self-composed boy who shows himself very well. Broad masculine head with a flat plane between the ears & well-developed cheeks. Rounded muzzle that could ideally be a little more developed. Good profile & level bite. Well-set medium ears & large well-opened blue eyes that are very expressive. Long muscular body with strong limbs & bushy tail to balance. Beautifully prepared dense silky coat with blue tabby points contrasting with a pale body colour with slight shading in tone with the points. Balanced inverted V of white on his face, white chest, underbody & limbs. Shown in excellent condition & a pleasure to judge. ALSO CONSIDERED FOR BEST OF BREED LYNCH S GR CH MAGISRAGS PIGGY MALONE (RAG n 03) M Seal Point A mature boy of 3 years with lots of coat and he wasn t as heavy as I expected. Masculine head with a flat plane between the ears & medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile & retroussé tip to the nose. Medium ears set wide apart and large well-opened blue eyes. Long body with good bone & bushy tail to balance. Good seal colour to the mask plus an inverted V of white. White bib, chest, underbody & limbs. The coat on his body appeared to be old coat so not looking at its best and probably due to change. A very gentle lad who was easy to handle. ADAMS S CH RAGADEE SIR NICK SKELTON (RAG a 03) M Blue Point A nicely presented boy of not quite 2 years. Broad head with a flat plane between the ears & well-developed cheeks but his muzzle could be more developed. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile. Wide set ears though they are a touch large & large deep blue eyes. Long body with medium length limbs & quite long tail. Soft & very dense coat of medium length, rather shady but in tone with the points. Broad inverted V of white that is almost to the outer eye level. Blue points & white on the bib, chest, underbody & limbs. Shown in lovely condition & easy to handle. JONES S IMP GR CH SARAGGS STUD MUFFIN (RAG n 03 21) M Seal Tabby Point A well-grown young lad of only 1½ years with a strong muscular body. A handsome fellow with a broad masculine head & flat plane between the ears, well-developed cheeks & muzzle. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile. Medium ears set wide apart & expressive blue eyes. Long body, well-boned limbs & long bushy tail. Soft dense coat of a shorter length at present. Blue tabby points & white inverted V, bib, chest, limbs & underparts. A very gentle lad shown in lovely condition and a close contender for the best of breed award. JONES S GR CH SARAGGS SEND MY LOVE (RAG d 03) M Red Point Another young lad of only 1½ years & an attractive exhibit but still developing. Broad head with a flat plane between the ears & well-developed cheeks & muzzle. Good profile but his chin could be stronger. Medium ears set wide apart and expressive eyes of a deep blue colour. Long body of good bone with medium length limbs & long tail that is quite bushy at present. Nicely prepared very dense & soft coat with the red points still developing. Good inverted V of white on his face, white bib, chest, limbs & underparts. A playful young man who was easy to handle. Page 3 of 9

Feminine head developing well with a flat plane between the ears though her nose is a touch short. Gentle dip in profile & level bite. Medium ears set wide apart with a slight forward tilt in profile. Large well-opened blue eyes though the colour could be deeper. Long well-fed body with medium length limbs of feminine bone & bushy tail. Lovely preparation to her soft dense coat which is of a good length. Seal points developing with good colour to the mask, her tail is a little paler. Inverted V of white on the mask, white bib, chest, underbody and limbs plus a white incomplete collar around her neck. 2 ND PEROVA S BINE-DOLLS HONEYMOON (IMP) (RAG n 03 21) F Seal Tabby Point A young girl of only 9 months but she is still very kitten-like and her head needs to develop. Her head needs to broaden, the cheeks are filling out but her muzzle needs to develop. Medium length nose with a gentle dip in profile, level bite but her chin could be a touch stronger. Her ears are rather large & upright with little width between them at present. Blue eyes that could be a little larger and a deeper blue in colour. Long body of a good weight with feminine boning to the limbs and her tail could be a touch longer for balance. Nicely prepared coat with medium length with a ruff coming. Slightly shady body & seal tabby points developing with an M on the forehead & slight tabby rings. Balanced inverted V of white on the face, white bib, chest, underbody and limbs plus a patch of white on her back. A sweet girl who was easy to handle. AC SIBERIAN ADULT, MALE BOB BURGESS S CH MUSRAFY YURI GAGARIN (SIB n 23) M A young lad of only 11 months but developing well. A handsome boy with lovely type, his head is a short broad wedge with rounded contours and a broad rounded muzzle. Broad lowset cheekbones giving him a typical Siberian expression. Medium ears set wide apart & lovely expressive green eyes of good shape & set. Rectangular body with strong boned limbs & well-furnished tail to balance. Dense soft coat with a springy undercoat, the coarser more substantial topcoat is yet to develop. Shown in super condition with an excellent temperament and a pleasure to judge. ALSO CONSIDERED FOR BEST OF BREED LUBY S IMP GR CH MUSRAFY MIKOYAN (SIB ns 03 11) M An older boy of nearly 2 years with lots of coat which was looking rather untidy today. Broad masculine head with low cheekbones. Medium ears set wide apart & large eyes of a slightly oval shape. Rectangular body with strong boned limbs & well-furnished tail to balance. Long coat with a coarser topcoat and a dense undercoat. A gentle lad who was easy to handle but lacking the sparkle of the younger boy today. AC SIBERIAN ADULT, FEMALE 1 ST CC PEACE S BARIJKA EUGENIA (SIB n 23) F A young brown tabby lady of only 10 months who was a little reserved. Her head is still developing & is a little out of balance at present & this was not helped by her shyness. Her head is a short wedge with rounded contours though she was tending to square her muzzle but she looked much better once she started to relax. Almost uniform width to the nose & good profile with a slightly domed lower forehead & slight concave curve at the bridge of the nose. Level bite & rounded chin that could be a little deeper. Low cheekbones connected to the whisker pads but her head needs to broaden to give the true expression. Medium ears set wide apart & expressive eyes set wide apart.
