1 NATIONAL CAT CLUB 9 th DECEMBER 2017 MRS GILLIAN CORNISH Many thank to Carol and Ron for the invitation to judge at this friendly Christmas cat show. I enjoyed my day thoroughly with my friend Sue Walters ably handling the cats with great care. There were some lovely cats that I could have brought home with me. Class 406a Devon Rex Kitten Male. 1 st and BOB. Fay s REVERELF WILLIS OF FAERYDAE. Devon Rex Lilac pointed. M A gorgeous young man with a wicked expression and excellent temperament. Short, broad wedge with high cheek bones. Good muzzle, a firm chin and well defined whisker break. Short nose with a definite stop. Short, stubbly whiskers. Large ears set low with lovely tufts on rounded tips. Pale blue eyes of good shape and set. Lovely, elegant, slender neck on a firm and muscular body. Broad chest carried high on slim legs. Small oval paws. Long tapering tail well covered with fur. Short, dense coat, soft in texture, covered in waves. Down on tummy. 2 nd. Robertson s AMOUREX FILIUS FLITWICK. Black. M Good wedge shaped head with high cheek bones. Good muzzle, would like chin a little firmer, good whisker break. Short nose, but would like stop to be a little more defined. Large ears, fairly low set and of good shape. Yellowish eye colour of good shape and set. Elegant neck on a firm and muscular body. Broad chest carried high on slim legs with small oval paws. Long tapering tail well covered with fur. Short, dense coat, soft in texture and well covered with waves. Excellent temperament. 3 rd. Wilkinson s ROGUS THUNDERSTRUCK. Green eyed white. M Good wedge shaped head with high cheek bones. Good muzzle but chin a little weak, good whisker break. Short nose but would like stop to be a little more defined. Large ears fairly low set and of good shape. Green eyes of good shape and set. Elegant neck on a firm and muscular body, broad chest and standing tall on legs with small oval paws. Long tapering tail well covered with fur. Short dense coat, soft in texture and waved. Down on tummy. Excellent temperament.

2 Class 406b Devon Rex kitten Female. 1 st. Spooners AROAUNI KVASIR DREAM COME TRUE. Black F Good wedge shaped head with high cheek bones. Good muzzle but chin a little weak. Good whisker break. Short nose with fairly good defined stop. Large ears just a fraction high set but of good shape. Yellow eyes of good shape and set. Elegant neck on a firm and muscular body, broad chest and stands tall on legs with small oval paws. Long tapering tail well covered with fur. Short, dense coat, soft in texture and well covered with waves. Slightly downy on tummy. Excellent temperament. 2 nd. Fay s CHICHI ELF N SAFETY. F Chocolate silver tabby pointed. Good wedge shaped head with high cheek bones. Good muzzle but chin a little weak. Good whisker break. Short nose with fairly good stop. Large ears just a little high set but of good shape. Pale bluish eyes of good shape and set. Elegant neck on a firm and muscular body, broad chest and standing tall on legs with small oval paws. Long tapering tail well covered with fur. Short coat with Rexing developing, slightly harsh down spine line. Lovely temperament. 3 rd. Spooners NIDORAN BELLENGARIA. Blue smoke spotted tabby. F Fairly good overall head shape. Good whisker pads. Fairly good stop. Large ears fairly well set. Chin could be stronger. Lovely green eyes of good shape and set. Elegant neck on a firm and muscular body. Long legs and small oval paws. Long tapering tail. Well covered with fur. It slightly long and shaggy. Good temperament. Class 455.Devon Rex Neuter BOB to Clarke s CH. & IGR PR MERRYPURR STRIPEY PYJAMAS. Silver tabby pointed. MN What can I say about this boy that hasn t been said before. I just love this lad. To me, his only fault is that he holds his ears a little high but they are low set. He has a true wicked Devon expression. Lovely temperament and a cat I would give a home to anyday. Class 837. AV Foreign Adult Not Bred by Exhibitor. 1 st. Barkers IGR CH SURFIN TORNEDO. Fawn Abyssinian. M Lovely well balanced cat of good overall type.. Green eyes of good shape and set. Firm chin. Short, fine coat, dense in texture and close lying. Distinctly ticked.

3 2 nd. Singletons CH PHABBAY GALACTIC COMET. Tonkinese SH choc. M He was just a little wriggly today. Dark chocolate coat colour. Lovely deep blue eyes. Chin a little weak. Lovely boy but really didn t want to be out of his pen. Class 851. AV Foreign Visitors Adult. 1 st. Fosters CH SEQUAILA DINAH MITE. Silver and white tabby Devon Rex. F Fairly well balanced girl with good stop to nose profile. Chin could be a little firmer. Holds her ears a little high. Short coat, good texture and waving. 2 nd. OLLIFFES CH ROGUS HARVEY MOON. Blue Devon Rex. M This lads ears are too high set and his coat is rather shaggy. Class 873. AV Foreign Neuter Bred by Exhibitor 1 st. Beales GR CH & GR PR TEIGNAGE FEMME FATALE. Silver shaded Tortie ALH. FN Good overall well balanced lass. Gorgeous green eyes. Good body, legs and tail. Good length to fur and good shading. 2 nd. Cottles PR TAWANDA RANDY MAMOLA. Red ticked tabby ASH. MN Well balanced lad for type. Gorgeous green eyes. Short coat, good texture and well ticked. 3 rd. Barkers COPPICE FIREFLY. Sorrel Aby. MN Nicely balanced lad overall. Coat of good length and texture and well ticked. X3. Rainbow-Ockwells RAINBOWSEND BALMAIN. Brown tabby Sokoke. Very timid lass who didn t want to come out of the pen. Class 875. AV Foreign Neuter- not Bred by Exhibitor 1 st. Coaks IGR PR TYPHAST KIMI OF ZIGGIAN. Bronze spotted Bengal. MN Stunning lad of good overall type and well balanced. Excellent coat pattern. Excellent temperament. 2 nd. Clothiers UK OBIGP SPHYNXLAND DUDLEY. Red Sphynx. MN A gorgeous boy who was unlucky to come up against the winner today. Excellent temperament.

Large tabby lad. Well deserving of a first place. Class AC kitten originally a stray/rescue 1 st. Grays TAILER. Brown tabby SH. MN. 7months. Extremely laid back lad. Was loving every moment of being shown. Class AC kitten with best personality. 1 st. Grays TAILER. Brown tabby SH. MN. 7months. Very well deserved. He oozes personality. Class 1029 AC Adult with best personality Female 1 st. Layflurries IGMC LAVINIA GARDNER. Blue shaded classic tabby LH. FN. 6 years. Absolutely gorgeous girl with bags of personality.
