HERTS & MIDDLESEX CAT CLUB SHOW 16/06/18/ Linda Martin My thanks to Steff and her team for a lovely day out and to exhibitors for entering their cat and kittens. SECTION 2 - IMPERIAL GRAND CHAMPION MALE. IMPGR ADAMS GRCH RAGADEE SIR NICK SKELTON (RAG a 03) M At just over two years in age, this Blue Bicolour Ragdoll boy still is looking a little immature, but I felt I would have been harsh to penalise for not quite reaching a SOP written for a cat two years older than him. Saying that, I found him promising with very expressive blue eyes, showing a slight oblique set and large in size, cheeks developing width well, with a gentle dip to nose and slight tapering to chin. Medium size to body covered in a well presented coat, and although not full in length or density, had a pleasing texture and colour. Crisp white to mask, chest, front legs and along his stomach and back legs, with medium blue points including his nearly full fail. SECTION 2 - IMPERIAL GRAND CHAMPION FEMALE. IMPGR DURDEN'S GRCH ISADORYOU DORY (MCO GS 03 22) f Lovely Tortie Silver Tabby and White girl I have admired for some time. She already has a very mature type and balance with a coat that would be hard to beat, for texture, condition and colours. Shame she is a bit of a madam to handle. R/IMPGR SALLABANKS & BUSBY'S GRCH SIRONA D'ANCANTO ROGUE (RAG f 03 21) F Very outgoing Tortie Tabby Point & White Ragdoll who at just fourteen months already has a very well balanced head and ear set. Very good profile with gentle dip to nose and defined cheekbones. Pleasing shape to muzzle with firm chin and clear blue eyes of excellent shape and size. Although young, she has a good weight to body with medium well boned legs with rounded firm paws. Her coat was in super condition with lovely mingled colouring and tabby markings to her points, with crisp white to face, chest, tummy and legs. Tail balancing with her body. Darling to handle.
Also considered STAVELEY'S GRCH EMERISLE PIXIE PUZZLE (RAG g 04) F Blue Tortie Mitted Ragdoll lady. GRAND 1B CHAMPION. GRCH DANIEL'S CH OWLETTS KENZO (EXO n) M Very handsome Black Exotic boy who was in super shining condition today. Very well balanced broad head with rounded ears that are set in a excellent position to emphasize his full strong well muscled cheeks and very good depth of chin. Well developed body with thick strong legs and rounded paws. Beautifully prepared coat, dense black to the roots and sparkling with health. Thick balancing length of tail GRAND 2A CHAMPION MALE. 1GRCH GARDINOR'S CH PENDLESTAR ATAKAD PALIDO (SBI e) M Very well developed handsome Cream Point Birman who has a good top of head and ears that could be a fraction lower for preference. Very slight bump to nose with good broad well muscled cheeks and sparkling well shape blue eyes. For complete balance I would like just a little more chin. Very strong muscular body with solid bone to legs and neatness of paws. Quite well marked gloves and gauntlets. Very well prepared silky pale coat, with subtle nearly even points colouring. Tail balancing with his body. Dear lad. R/GRCH JONES'S CH TINKSTINYPAWS DRAGON LORD (RAG n 03) M What a sweetie this Bicolour Seal Ragdoll boy is. Still a little immature, his head and body are well in proportion with very pleasing type. Sound well muscled body covered in a well presented coat, with rich seal to mask and ears, inverted white 'V' to lower face, with white to legs, chest, tummy and feet. In proportion seal tail. Also considered COUPLAND & BROWN'S CH BROFIELD DENNIS THE MENACE (SBI n) M needing more work to coat to compete today and DOBSON'S CH MAYSULA KALIBER (SBI b) M lovely Chocolate Point Birman boy but has a left front runner - pity. GRAND 2A CHAMPION FEMALE. 1GRCH CANN'S CH CHEHAM LUNA LOVEGOOD (RGM n 03) F I fell in love with this most delightful Black and White Ragamuffin as she is so very pretty with a superb outgoing character. Lovely type, with amazing curly white whiskers against her black face, and rich golden eye colour. Well developed body for size and length, covered in a very well prepared
shining black coat with white to her dear little chin, bib, tummy and all legs. Full fluffy tail. RGRCH CANLIN'S CH RAGZNDREAM DIAMONDS AND PURRS (RAG n) F Frisky Seal Point Ragdoll who, although is only fourteen months old, is already showing good development in head type and body. Well balanced head with lovely deep blue eyes of excellent set and aperture, strong profile with good rounding to her cheeks, firm muzzle and depth of chin. Good body shape and substance, covered in a pale soft coat with rich seal points, nearly even in tone, all shown to perfection. Also considered MOTT'S CH JANDOUGLEN TAMACHAN (SBI c 21) F Pleasing Lilac Birman boy, just needs time to mature. GRAND 2B PREMIER GRPR FISHLOCK-LOMAX'S PR HAUTECATOURE SILVERMERCURY (NFO ns 09 22) MN Black Silver Classic Tabby & White Norwegian lad that is coming up to full maturity and it shows each time I see him. Love his snotty look and just wish he would really open up his eyes to give the full effect. Strong body, well muscled and boned with his coat being somewhat softer due to his silver gene, but was in superb condition and has a lovely calm temperament. GRAND 2C CHAMPION MALE. 1GRCH BURGESS'S CH MUSRAFTY YURI GAGARIN (SIB n 23) M Young Brown Mackerel Tabby Siberian boy who I have admired since a little kitten. Already showing amazing maturity for one so young, with a wonderful rounded head shape, excellent hazel eye aperture, rounded muscular cheeks and balancing muzzle and chin. Strong firm body on thick legs and neat paws. In lovely show condition, groomed to the last hair, showing outstanding mackerel markings throughout, right down to his ringed tail. Super temperament and a joy to see and handle. GRAND 2C CHAMPION FEMALE. 1 GRCH CANNELL'S CH MABALAKAT ALLTHAT JAZZ (MCO f 03 22) F Impressive Tortie Classic Tabby Coon young lady who handled like a dream. Such a lovely expressive face with very balanced type, sparkling hazel eyes with oblique set, square muzzle and firm chin. Well developed body with
a very well presented rich tortie coat, glowing with health, and very crisp tabby patterned. Very full flowing tail. H17 WHITE (ORANGE-EYED) PERSIAN NEUTER. (CC & BOB Not Awarded). 1 WEBB'S VIVALDI FAIRDUST (PER w 62) FN Beautiful mature lady but, I'm afraid let down by knots and mats along her sides and undercarriage. Such a shame, perhaps a word with her breeder might help. H44 BROWN/BLUE/CHOCOLATE/LILAC TABBY PERSIAN NEUTER. BOB PETTIT'S GRCH & GRPR GLENJOY TEDDY EDWARDS (PER n 22) MN Darling Brown Classic Tabby boy who I have long admired. He has the most endearing face with a temperament to match, and always pulls at my heart strings. H63 BLUE/LILAC TORTIE & WHITE (Incl Odd Eyed & Blue Eyed) BOB KNIGHTS & COOKE'S GRCH LEVINA ANNA (PER g 03) F Very lovely Dilute Tortie and White girl who was in rather a naughty mood today. Not sure what had upset her but she seems to be swearing her head off throughout the day. H110 EXOTIC SHORTHAIR, SELF ADULT. BOB DANIEL'S CH OWLETTS KENZO (EXO n) M Scrummy Black Exotic lad who has a very endearing expression. Such a sweetie to handle and with a wonderful sound jet black dense coat. H123 SEAL POINT BIRMAN BOB COUPLAND & BROWN'S CH BROFIELD DENNIS THE MENACE (SBI n) M Seal boy who I handled in my Grand class. Needing more work to his coat for preference. DOBSON'S CH MAYSULA KALIBER BOB Not Awarded. DOBSON'S CH MAYSULA KALIBER. (SBI n) M Left front runner. H132 RED/CREAM/TORTIE POINT BIRMAN ADULT. BOB GARDINOR'S CH PENDLESTAR ATAKAD PALIDO (SBI e) M My Grand winner. H135 TABBY/TORTIE TABBY POINT BIRMAN ADULT. BOB MOTT'S CH JANDOUGLEN TAMACHAN (SBI c 21) F Very pleasing Lilac boy, just need times to mature.
H149M NORWEGIAN FOREST ADULT MALE. 1CC BOB HANDY'S NORMYSTIC LORD MAXIMILIAN (NFO ds 09 22) M Although still young, I was impressed that this Red Silver Classic Tabby and White boy already shows very pleasing maturity and a lovely snotty expression. Good top of head and ear set with a nearly straight profile, just a very slight bump in evidence. Well shaped orange eyes that were set well apart to balance his depth of muzzle and depth of chin. Strong well muscled body with high legs and neat paws. Lovely showy Red Silver coat with clear classic tabby markings especially to his face, legs and fully furnished ringed tail. I really loved the division of white to red to his blaze which really emphasized his Norwegian look. H149F NORWEGIAN FOREST ADULT FEMALE. 1CC CANDLER'S KATTJEWELS SHINY EEVEE (NFO as 23) F At not quite a year old this girl is showing promise for the future as she matures. Already has the look, but tends to pull her ears up very high while being handled but improves once back in her pen. Good profile with eyes of good shape and position, and muzzle and chin of pleasing depth. Firm well muscled body and high legs, covered in a dark blue silver mackerel patterned coat which was medium in length. Well furnished tail balancing with body. 2nd FISHLOCK-LOMAX'S HAUTECATOURE HELOISE (NFO ns 09) F Promising Black Smoke and White but at just over ten months, still looking very much a baby. Pleasing type with a straight profile but needs more chin and her ears to settle, as they are a little low for me. Very soft white kitten coat with small areas of black over a medium size body of heavy weight. Balancing fluffy tail. Sweetie to handle. 3rd HANDY'S NORMYSTIC LADY NATASHA (NFO f 09 22) F Tortie Classic Tabby and White girl of just over thirteen months who has a good straight profile but spoils her balance with splaying her ears and lack of chin depth. Hopefully these will improve as she matures. Also considered for BOB HERMON'S CH KATTJEWELS LADY STARDUST (NFO a 23) F Charming Blue Mackerel Tabby lady. Very attractive girl.
H151 NORWEGIAN FOREST NEUTER MALE. 1PR BOB FISHLOCK- LOMAX'S HAUTECATOURE VALENTINO (NFO ns 09) MN Frisky Smoke and White boy just over ten months who has a nearly straight profile but needs more chin to balance as he matures. Good top of head with ears in a pleasing position and sparkling green hazel eyes set well apart with that snooty look developing well. Coat of good texture and length, well prepared for the show with a flowing tail that balanced with his body length. Not too happy today. H151F NORWEGIAN FOREST NEUTER FEMALE. 1PR HERMON'S CH KIARA GYLDENLOVE (NFO f 09) FN Mature Tortie and White lady who, today, wasn't looking quite so neat and tidy as I've usually seen her. Saying that, she has a lovely triangular head shape with a straight profile and large eyes with slightly oblique set and well positioned ears. Well developed body with a well furnished balancing tail. ALSO CONSIDERED FOR BOB - FISHLOCK-LOMAX'S GRPR HAUTECATOURE MONTRACHET (NFO ns 09 22) MN AND FISHLOOCK-LOMAX'S GRPR HAUTECATOUR SILVERMERCURY (NFO ns 09 22) MN AND HANDY'S IGRCH & IGRPR NORMYSTIC LORD BURR (NFO n 22) MN H178 MAINE COON SILVER TABBY SERIES ADULT. 1CC HUDDLESTON'S MABALAKAT MORNING FROST (MCO fs 03 22) F Tortie Silver Classic Tabby and White girl of shorter type who was a little difficult to handle today. Good top of head and ear set with lovely silver tufts and furnishings, obliquely set hazel shining eyes. Shallow curve to nose with tip just in line with her good depth of chin and square white muzzle with cheeks developing width. Good firm body size with strong legs and tufted paws covered in a lovely rich tortie and white coat showing good classic tabby pattern, with impressive silver frill, undercoat and tail. Especially love her name. BOB DURDEN'S GRCH ISADORYOU DORY (MCO fs 03 22) F My Imperial winner. H181F MAINE COON RED TABBY SERIES ADULT FEMALE. BOB CANNELL'S CH MABALAKAT ALLTHAT JAZZ (MCO f 03 22) F My Grand winner.
