1 REPORT FROM CAROLINE WREN SIAMESE AND ALL BREEDS CAT CLUB OF IRELAND Many thanks to Ronnie Brooks for inviting me to the show. I had an enjoyable day with some interesting cats to look at. Emelene Callan was my steward and she did a great job. Many thanks Em, hope we can work together again sometime. AC BSH OR MANX CHAMPION GCC FOKINA S CH BONAPART FROM VIA LATTEA*LV Blue male. Very broad top of head with small ears set low. Broad across the rounded forehead. Round eyes of deep orange. Very full cheeks and jowls. Broad short nose and a strong muzzle with a level bite. Good size to the body which is a little narrow on the back (typical of a working boy). Thick short legs with rounded paws. Balanced length rounded tip tail. The coat is very short and reasonably dense, just slightly soft in texture. Pale blue which is quite silvered but sound to the roots. He was my nomination for BIS but unfortunately by that stage of the day he would not handle. AC BSH, MANX OR SELKIRK REX GRAND PREMIER HIB EARLEY & JOHNSON S GRPR HOONIKATZ SILVER BREEZER Silver tabby female. Pretty girl. Neat ears set well on broad top of head. Big round eyes of hazel. Broad short nose and a firm rounded muzzle with a level bite. Broad chest to a very broad (well fed!) and deep body. Good bone to the short legs with rounded feet. Balanced length tail. She is still changing coat and the black is not as dense as could be but there is still a good contrast to the pewter silver ground. Clear well defined tabby pattern with good facial markings, chest rings and butterfly. Straight spine lines and matching almost complete oysters. AC BSH OR MANX PREMIER GPC FRIZELLE S REYESDESELVA BENNY Lilac Colourpointed male. Broad top of head with neat well set ears. Broad rounded brow and round eyes of very pale blue. Short broad nose with a quite definite break. Cheeks are rounding out well and the muzzle is firm with a level bite. Chin drops back a little. Well grown solid body of good weight and depth. The legs could be sturdier. Coat is slightly long and soft but has good density. Clear magnolia body colour with well matched pale lilac points which lacked pinky tone but that could be the hall lighting which does no favours to eye colour either. AC SELF EXOTIC 1.CC & BOB. MORRIS SHEERBLISS TOTAL ECLIPSE Black female. I judged this girl a few weeks back in the North and liked her then! Ears just a fraction on the large size but set well into the contour of her nicely rounded top of head. Round eyes of deep copper spaced well apart. Short broad nose and a well rounded strong muzzle with a good bite. Broad chest to a solid compact body with depth still developing. Good boning to the thick short legs and a thick tail. Plushy feel to the coat and although she is shedding somewhat today there is still plenty of density to it. Jet black which is sound to the roots. She has a lovely temperament! 1

2 AC TABBY/TABBY & WHITE EXOTIC ADULT, MALE 1. CC & BOB. MCCARTHY S LISABEL ILOVETOBOOGIE Black silver spotted. Broad rounded top of head with small ears set wide and low. Broad across the rounded forehead. Big round eyes of clear orange. Good break to the broad nose with a brick leather. Firm rounded muzzle, just showing slight fawning today, and good bite. Solid well grown body of good depth and he stands low on his short, thick kegs. Big rounded feet and correct length thick tail. The coat is very dense and of a good length and texture, standing well from the body. Pewter silver ground colour but the black pattern lacks density at present and is a little indistinct. Hopefully this is just the time of year. Excellent temperament and he shows good development for his age. AC TABBY/TABBY & WHITE EXOTIC ADULT, FEMALE 1. CC withheld. CRAIG S SHEERBLISS MIRICLEOF JOY Black silver spotted. I was sorry to withhold on this girl but today she was very out of coat. Good width to the rounded top of head with well set small ears. Broad across the rounded forehead. Big round bright orange eyes. Broad short nose and a firm muzzle with a strong chin. Bite is acceptable (just!). Broad chest to a compact deep body with good bone to the short legs. Firm rounded feet and balanced tail. Today she is moulting heavily and her coat lacks density especially on her back where it is laying flat. Nice silver ground colour but the black pattern has no density and is very indistinct, again I am sure this is seasonal. AOC NON-SELF EXOTIC ADULT, MALE Not entered in the class but considered for BOB. BOB to WALL S TARA HIBGRCH SHEERBLISS ENRICO (UK & IGRCH) Blue & white bi-colour. A boy I have judged many times before. He has lovely eye colour and a good size to his mature body. Today he was a little out of coat and it is quite unsound. AOC NON-SELF EXOTIC ADULT, FEMALE 1. CC & BOB. WALL S SHEERBLISS ARABELLA Black tortie and white. My take home cat of the day!! A lovely balanced head to this mature lady. Tiny ears set low on her broad rounded top of head. Nicely rounded broad brow. Completely round bright orange eyes. Good break to the nose which is quite small nose but the leather is complete. Well rounded cheeks and a firm rounded muzzle with a good chin and bite. Broad chest to a small but cobby compact body. Short sturdy legs with good bone. Balanced length thick tail. Her coat is very dense with a lovely plushy feel to it, Just moulting a little today. Her black is dense and the red is rich and it is in defined patches on clean sparkling white. Excellent temperament. She was my choice for overall BIS but I was outvoted!!! AC TABBY OR TABBY & WHITE EXOTIC KITTEN, MALE 1 & BOB. MCCARTHY S LISABEL SIZZLE Red tabby. A gorgeous baby! Broad rounded top of head with ears that are set well but just need a little growing into! Deep orange eyes which are just a tad flat on the topline. Deep break to a very short and broad nose with a full leather. Strong rounded muzzle with a firm chin and the bite is good. Broad chest to a cobby well grown body with sturdy thick legs and big rounded 2

3 paws. Thick tail of correct length. Plushy coat which is reasonably dense and stands from the body. Very nice rich red with a well defined tabby pattern. Good facial tracings, chest rings and leg bars. Clear butterfly, straight spine lines and good oysters. AC TABBY OR TABBY & WHITE EXOTIC KITTEN, FEMALE 1. CAUGHEY S HINCHKITZ TIGERLILY Tortie silver tabby. Very pretty girl. Small well set ears on broad rounded top of head. Good width across the rounded forehead. Small round eyes with colour still to settle, showing a slight green rim at present. Good break to the broad nose. Firm muzzle and chin with a good bite. Cobby body, compact and all in proportion. Firm rounded paws and a good tail. She has a nice coat which is dense and soft to feel and it stands well. She has a clear well defined tabby pattern on a pale silver ground and there are patches of red coming through. AC SELF EXOTIC KITTEN 1 & BOB. CAUGHEY S LISABEL BLACKMAGIC Black female. Tiny ears set wide and low on broad top of head. Good width across the well rounded forehead and the cheeks are rounding. Round eyes of pale orange still to settle completely. Good break to a short nose. Rounded muzzle with a good chin and bite. Broad chest to a deep body which is of a good size for her age and the legs are well boned. Round paws and a thick tail of balanced length. Lovely glossy jet black coat which is just a little unsound at present but is of a good length and density. Plushy texture and it stands well from her body. BSH CHOCOLATE ADULT 1. CC & BOB withheld. RIMOVICA S VANADIS OF KOTOFFSKI Male. This boy is still very adolescent looking. Broad top of head with neat ears set well. Good width to the forehead and the cheeks are rounding well. Pale orange eyes which are slightly almond shaped rather than round. Broad nose and a firm muzzle with a level bite. His body is of a good size and weight but it is long and stands tall on his legs still at present. The legs are well bond and he has firm rounded feet. Very thick tail. Today his coat is completely lacking in density and laying very flat. A very dark shade of chocolate which is just a little unsound. BSH BLUE ADULT, MALE Not entered in the class BOB to FOKINA S CH BONAPART FROM VIA LATTEA*LV BSH BLUE ADULT, FEMALE 1.CC withheld. IZYDORCZYK S MAGIC SMILE BEAUTY This girl is very small for her age, I thought she was a kitten not a girl of over two and a half years. Her ears are a good size but set slightly high and are open at the base with very little width between. Nicely rounded forehead but her cheeks show very little development. Round eyes of very pale orange. Short nose but she is narrow in the muzzle, level bite. Her body is small and has no depth or breadth to it and her legs are fine. Her coat is slightly long, reasonably dense but soft in texture. Mid shade of blue which is extremely banded BSH BLACK SILVER TABBY NEUTER 3
