A totl 53 week ol white Lohmnn LSL lying hens whih were llotte into 4 groups, eh ontining 000 hens. The hens were fe with iets (7% CP% n 2795 Kl KgG ME). Supplemente with 0% (ontrol group No. ), 260 ppm (group, 2), 520 ppm (group 3) n 780 ppm (group, 4) of orgni i mixture (formi i n slt of utyri, propioni n lti is). The ietry orgni is signifintly moify live oy weight in groups 2 n 3 n non signifintly improve in group 4 when ompre with ontrol one. Orgni is supplementtion t 780 ppm (group 4) signifintly inrese egg proution y out 5.77% ompre with the untrete group, while the lower levels (groups 2 n 3) showe non signifint effet. On the other hn ietry orgni i h no effet on the verge egg weight, while showe higher perentge of smll, meium n X-lrge egg size n reution in lrge egg size ompre with ontrol group. The results revele tht no effet of orgni i on fee intke ut improvement egg mss n fee effiienies ws oserve. Higher inlusion level of orgni is (780 ppm) improve egg shell qulity n non signifintly inrese egg shell lium n protein ontent, improve yolk inex, while slightly reue lumen inex. The t revele tht liner inrese of serum lium n onentrtion of totl serum protein. From the otine t n e onluing tht orgni i supplementtion t level 780 ppm of lying hens iet improve live oy weight, improve persistene of ly n from eonomil point of view we n onlue tht orgni i ition (780 ppm) mzing inrese the eonomil effiieny of lyer proution. Key wors: Lying hens, orgni is, egg qulity, egg proution, performne, serum prmeters n eonomi effiieny Introution The poultry setor is ontinuously serhing for new fee itives in orer to improve the fee effiieny n hiken helth. The use of fee itives hs 2 ojetives, the first one is to ontrol of pthogen miroorgnisms suh s slmonell n Coliforms n the seon one is to enhne the igestive miroflor with enefiil miroorgnisms (Shne, 999). Although ntiiotis possess these enefiil effets, their use s growth promoters in the poultry inustry hs een intensively ontroversil euse of the evelopment of teril resistne n potentil onsequenes on the humn helth. Tht the reson why lterntive mterils to ntiiotis re reserhe. Among these ompouns, orgni is re promising lterntives (Hyen, 2000). Helth of the gut is one of the mjor ftors governing the performne of irs n thus, the eonomis of poultry proution (Smik et l., 2007) n the profile of intestinl miroflor plys n importnt role in gut helth (Dhwle, 2005). Dietry orgni is n their slts re le to inhiit miroorgnism growth in the foo n onsequently to preserve the miroil lne in the gstrointestinl trt. In ition, y moifying intestinl ph. Orgni is lso improve the soluility of the fee ingreients, igestion n sorption of the nutrients (Vogt et l., 98; Ptten n Wlroup, 988; Owings et l., 990; Skinner et l., 99; Ams, 999). Previous stuies reporte tht orgni is suh s fumri, propioni n utyri is n their slts hve shown vrile effets on egg proution n egg qulity prmeters. These isrepnies woul e relte to the soure, the mount of orgni is use, lotion, environmentl onition n the omposition of the iets (Jensen n Chng, 976; Gm et l., 2000). On the other hn, only few t on loo prmeters in lying hens supplemente with orgni is re ville. This stuy ws onute to through light on the effet of ifferent oses of orgni i mixture (Fumri i n lium slt of utyri, propioni n lti is) on egg proution, some egg qulity prmeters n some serum onstituents uring the lte proution stge of lying hens.
