In the Hru sheep, unlike to Gulfto, ot hir type is hiry n it is short. The ft til hs wie se n rehes ner the point of hok. Horn is sent in 90% of the mles n 100% femles. Mjority of the nimls hve plin rown ot olor (40.9%) n they re oile in temperment. Averge oserve hert girth, wither height, oy length n srotl irumferenes for mle sheep were 73.4, 63.5, 59.7 n.7 m, respetively, while tht for femle sheep, ws 67.5 for hert girth, 57.4 for wither height n 55.9 for oy length. Mle sheep in the Hru istrit weighe out 8.1kg where s femle sheep weighe out 4.0 kg. Inigenous sheep in Gulfto, however, h minly plin ot olor pttern (67.5%) n out 35.7% of the sheep showe lk ot olor type. The oy is ompt n mostly overe with orse meium hir with wooly unerot. Aout 87.5% of rms hve urve horns with kwrs s the ominnt horn orienttion while ewes re usully hornless. In this test, vlues of most quntittive vriles onsiere were signifintly ifferent (P<0.05) etween istrits. For exmple, the vlue of Wilks Lm ws 0.39 n 0.8 for the femle n mle smple sheep popultions, respetively. This shows tht most (61% for femle n 7% for mle) of the vriility in the isrimintor vriles ws ue to ifferenes etween popultions rther thn vrition within popultions. CONCLUSION Mjority of the sheep in the stuy re hve plin rown ot olor pttern. Generlly, positive n signifint (P<0.05) orreltions were oserve etween oy weight n most of the oy mesurements. Live oy weight estimtion using hest girth lone woul e preferle to omintions with other mesurements euse of iffiulty of the proper niml restrint uring mesurement n the low proportion of nimls t eh entition lsses.
