Pen numbers will not be posted, however they will be available in the pavilion on Friday 10 th and Saturday 11 th July for penning. Number: All Queensland exhibitors must hold an FCAQ tag to exhibit at the Show. Please include $10.00 (Adults), $15.00 (Family), $2.00 (Juniors) with your entries if you do not already have a tag. Should you already have a tag please indicate the number on your entry form. This tag covers public liability insurance and can be used at any Club affiliated with the F.C.A.Q. PENNING: FRIDAY 10th JULY 3.30PM TO 7.00PM (Note: Exhibitors intending to pen outside these times on Friday will have to phone Damian Frith in advance for pen numbers.) SATURDAY 11th JULY BY 8.30AM JUDGING: JUDGING WILL COMMENCE AT 9.00AM SHARP. MEETING: The Annual General Meeting of the Queensland Branch will be held at a time advised on the day of the show. RAFFLE: The Leghorn Club will be running a raffle throughout the day so please support our fundraising. PRESENTATION: The presentation of awards will be held at the end of the day; approximately 3p.m. CATALOGUE: A catalogue of entries will be produced again this year for the cost of $4.00. If you are interested in purchasing a catalogue please indicate this on your entry form to ensure enough catalogues will be available. Please feel free to include $4.00 for the catalogue with your entries.

4 SALE BIRDS: If you want to sell birds at the show, please be aware that they must be entered in normal classes, as pens will not be allocated for sale birds not entered into the show. Sales signs are to be placed on pen after judging. All care and attention will be extended to entries BUT the Leghorn Club will not be held responsible for loss of birds by death or otherwise during the show. JUNIOR SECTION: Please state on entry form if you are a Junior Exhibitor and include your age. Open to children aged between 6 years and 15 years of age. Entries in the Junior Section will not be eligible for Open Champion Awards. Junior Exhibitors must be present to pen their entries. CHAMPION LEGHORN OF SHOW AWARD: Birds entered in classes: 1a-4a, 1-12, 61-72, are not eligible for CHAMPION LEGHORN OF SHOW award.
