Definitely NO phone entries. Entries close Monday 7 th July 2014 or earlier if 814 pens fill. NOTE: 150 entries returned in 2013 The Club will provide morning tea and lunch for a small charge. All birds to be penned no later than 8.30am. Judging will commence at 9.00am sharp. ************************************************************************************* RULES Dubbo Poultry Club Inc. Show will be conducted under the Rules & Regulations of the EPA of NSW Inc. It is not permissible to remove any bird from its pen after penning unless accompanied by the Chief Steward. Any bird infected by sickness, vermin or disease will be rejected and removed from the pavilion by the Chief Steward. Leg rings must be removed from birds upon penning. All exhibitors are to refrain from talking to, distracting or trying to influence the judge. Judging sticks are not to be used by any person other than the officiating judge. Pen numbers will be retained by the Secretary for collection on arrival at the pavilion. Exhibits will be accepted the night before the show between 6.00 and 8.00pm. Please notify the Secretary if you wish to do so. The greatest care will be taken, but Dubbo Poultry Club Inc. accepts no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage arising from any cause. NO For Sale signs to be placed on pens until judging has been completed. AOV and AC Classes- Six (6) or more of a breed or variety will result in the addition of extra classes. (Please state colour or variety on entry form). It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to supply feed and water to exhibits. Birds competing in Breed Pairs WILL BE eligible for Special Awards. They will be judged as a STOCK BREEDING PAIR Eggs laid in the pavilion become the property of the Dubbo Poultry Club Inc and are under the control of the Chief Steward
