5 SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS This club is affiliated with the Poultry Stud Breeders & Exhibitors Victoria (PSB&EV) and all Victorian resident exhibitors must be financial members of the V.P.F.A Ltd If you are not a V.P.F.A member a day pass is available for you to be able to exhibit. Entry is open to both members and non-members of the Camperdown Poultry Club. If paying club membership with entries, then you must fill out the club membership form as well. Entries must be accompanied by full entry fees. Judging will be done to the Australian Standard. Birds must be penned by 9.30am. ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW IF THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF BANTAM PENS AVAILABLE SOME BANTAM CLASSES MAY BE ASKED TO MAKE USE OF AVAILABLE STANDARD PENS. Once penned NO birds can be removed until the conclusion of the show. The show manager will announce the time for removal of exhibits. The pavilion will be open during judging. Please give the Judges and Stewards plenty of space to perform their tasks. Please refrain from any unsporting talk or behaviour. The Judge s decision is final. The Camperdown Poultry Club will not be responsible for any mistake, accident, loss or damage from any cause. Although the greatest care will be taken. Birds penned with leg bands or other forms of markers will be disqualified. Birds are allowed to be watered anytime during the show day. The committee reserves the right to appoint a substitute or additional judge if and when necessary. Junior exhibitors must be between the ages years of age in accordance with the V.P.F.A. and must pen their own birds. Juniors must exhibit a different breed to any open exhibitor from the same address. Junior birds will be eligible for Champion and Reserve Champion Bird of Show. All birds to be the bona-fide property of the exhibitor for 21 days prior to entry. Cockerels & Pullets are to be under 12 months of age. The show manager has the authority to remove any birds which appears sick or diseased, from the pavilion. The pavilion will open from 7.00am. The committee has the rights to refuse any entry without giving a reason. Persons entering this show accepts that photos of exhibitors and exhibits and details of awards may be published in articles pertaining to this event. Prior to attending the show or pavilion please advise in writing if this practice contravenes your wishes.
