2 Exhibitors entering four (4) or more entries will receive a free exhibitor s pass and car pass to the Showground, which can be obtained by sending a stamped, addressed envelope with your entries. NO SAE, NO PASSES Exhibitors are requested to unload poultry and move cars to the exhibitors car park as soon as possible Will exhibitors please state on their entry form if a member of any breed club Breed Club Specials (confined to members) EXHIBITORS MUST ENSURE ALL EXHIBITS ARE GIVEN ACCESS TO DRINKING WATER JUDGES C Burrows, Exeter J Pearce, Crediton S James, Redruth RULES 1. All cups and specials are confined to members. 2. Membership fees can be sent with entrance fees. 3. Entries close Monday 6th July The committee has the right to amalgamate classes within the breed or cancel classes. 5. Birds to be penned not later than 9 am on the morning of the show. 6. All perpetual cups to be returned to the secretary not later than 1st June (prior to the next show) 7. The decision of the committee is final on all matters not covered by these rules. 8. Pen numbers will be issued at the Secretary s tent on Friday evening or on the day of the show. 9. The committee will not be held responsible for any accident, loss or mishap to the exhibits and it is on this understanding only that entries are received. 10. No exhibits to be removed from the show until 5 pm unless by permission of the committee.
