2 GENERAL INFORMATION Auction price will start per lot at Pair $20, Trio $30 or they will be passed in Pairs and Trios to be breeding (one male with either one or two females) or females only No reserve price on lots once minimum bid raised All lots will be auctioned in catalogue order All birds to be penned by 9.00AM. Auction commenced 10.30AM Birds will be accepted the night before the auction between 6.00 and 8.00PM. Please notify the Secretary if you wish to do so Lot numbers will be allocated on arrival at the pavilion Birds may be handled for inspection only if accompanied by an official Steward Any bird infected by sickness, vermin (including Scaly Leg) or disease will be removed from the pavilion Lots may be collected, under supervision of a steward, upon presentation of an official receipt for payment Terms & Conditions Number system will operate throughout the sale. Please register at the office prior to sale. Payment to be Cash or EFTPOS on day of sale. No cheques All birds to be sold per lot. All lots auctioned will be sold exclusive of GST. If a lot purchased is GST registered + 10% GST tax will be added to your invoice at payment time. GST status is beside vendors name on Catalogue The Dubbo Poultry Club Inc. takes no responsibility for incorrect descriptions of any lots or any claims made by vendors Vendors warrant clear title on lots for Auction. No claims can be directed to the Auctioneers, Dubbo Poultry Club Inc. or Westhaven Industries. In the event of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer is the sole arbitrator of the successful bidder or the Auctioneer may decide to put the lot up again. The Auctioneers decision is final. Whilst all care will be taken, no responsibility will be taken by Dubbo Poultry Club Inc. related to loss or injury to any bird Loss or injury of any bird will remain the liability of the vendor until the hammer falls in auction, upon which the buyer/purchaser assumes responsibility Vendor Fees: $5.00 per lot payable with consignment form 10% commission on sale totals, to be deducted from sale proceeds.
