Exhibits must be penned by 9.00am 2. Judging will commence at 9.30am 3. Pen numbers will be in the poultry tent 4. No exhibits to be removed from the tent until 5.30pm 5. The decision of the judges will be final 6. Every reasonable care will be taken of exhibits, but we cannot be responsible for: deaths, loss, injury or accident, however caused. 7. Will exhibitors please water and feed their birds AFTER JUDGING. Some water will be in hand in the tent. 8. Help would be appreciated with erection of pens on Friday Morning, 27 th July from 10.00am 9. Exhibitors entry fees total over 8 will receive a free pass and an extra exhibitors pass for entries over 14. PLEASE SEND A STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE WITH YOUR ENTRIES FOR YOUR VEHICLE/ DRIVER PASS, OR YOU WILL NOT GET A PASS. 10. WILL ALL EXHIBITORS PLEASE PARK AT THE SIDE OF THE TENT THANK YOU. 11. AVIAN INFLUENZA Disinfectant will be in place by the tent. Birds that do not look healthy will be rem oved from the show by a steward. 12. SELLING PENS The seller must supply a clean box for the buyer. DISEASED OR SICKLY STOCK WILL BE REMOVED FROM THEIR PENS. 13. The name of seller and buyer must be given to the Selling Steward, Mr Ed Jones. ALL BIRDS MUST BE PURE BRED AS TO POULTRY CLUB STANDARDS. 14. THE POULTRY TENT IS AT THE TOP OF THE FIELD, FOLLOW THE INSIDE ROAD.
