For example, a white Plymouth Rock or Speckled Sussex are considered to be a rare or unusual colour of a common or popular breed and therefore are not classified as a Rare Breed. Breeds eligible for rare breed awards in the schedule of prizes are marked in the schedule of classes with a #. The club reserves the right to decide which entries entered into Any Other Recognized Breed are eligible to compete for these awards. Breakfast, morning tea & lunch will be available on show day JUDGING WILL COMMENCE AT 8.30AM SHARP. All birds must be penned by 8.15am on the day of the show. Pavilion will be open at 5.00pm and will close at 7.00pm Friday night. The pavilion will open at 6.30am on the day of the show. Birds will be released after the presentation between 2.00pm and 3.00pm. The decision of the judge will be final. All awards will be at the discretion of the judges. The club reserves the right to change judges without notice. OFFICE BEARERS: All exhibitors compete entirely at their own risk and the Bangalow A&I Society Inc. Poultry Club is not responsible for any injury, damage or loss sustained by an exhibit or exhibitor. No bird will be handled by exhibitors after the commencement of judging. For health reasons exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own water containers on the day of the show. Sick, infested and unclean birds will not be judged. No bird to wear leg ring or wing clip.
