Judges: Soft Feather Mr Merv Pocock. Hard Feather Mr Darren Ebert Saturday 21st June 2014 Conditions of Entry: 1. All entries to be posted to Chief Steward. 2. Entries close Monday 9 th June 2014 there will be no changes after 11 th June. 3. All poultry to be penned no later than 8.30am. Judging to commence at 9.00am. 4. Any fowl found to be sick or infected with vermin or with any evidence of faking will be disqualified and removed from the Pavilion. 5. All care will be taken by the judges and stewards but no responsibility will be accepted for loss of fowls by death, theft or any other course 6. The judge need not award a prize if exhibit does not merit such a prize. 7. Take care when entering your fowls. The Chief Stewards may move fowls incorrectly entered into their correct class. 8. All exhibits will not be touched or handled by any person other than the judge or stewards under any pretence whatever without the consent of the Chief Steward 9. Fowls may be fed and watered after judging has finished 10. A.O.C. and A.O.V. classes state colour and breed clearly on entry form. If there are ten or more entries, a separate class will be created. 11. Admission fee to the grounds applies to all exhibitors. 12. No Poultry is to be removed from the pavilion before 4pm by order of the Woodford A.P. & I Assoc. Inc. 13. Junior section 12 years and under. 14. NO entries or changes will be accepted. 15. Any dispute or grievance is to be reported in writing to the Secretary of the Woodford A.P. & I. Assoc before 4pm on the 21 st June ENTRY FEE: $1-00. Check out the front section of the schedule to see the great discount you receive from being a member as opposed to paying at the gate each day. Woodford Show Society needs new members and volunteers, come along and share your ideas and help us to build a stronger community group. Young People share your ideas, show us your vision and help us to move into the future with fresh new ideas that will bring enjoyment and fun for everyone.
