2 Early Registration is Essential Entries will not be excepted once pens are full. Entry Fees $2.00 No birds will be expected after close of nominations Rules Open Section 1. Entries will not be accepted without Entry fees payments can be made to: Central Highlands Feather Club. BSB: A/c# Membership of FCAQI affiliated club is necessary. Exhibitors should include their registration number with entry forms. Registration forms will be available on the day of show from the Secretary. 3. Judging to commence at 9am on the day. 4. No sick or diseased birds are to be penned. This is to be strictly adhered to and the Chief Steward or the Judge will disqualify any sick or diseased birds found. 5. No person is permitted to handle or use judging sticks on any other exhibitor s birds. Exhibitors can handle and use Judging sticks on their own exhibits up to completion of penning birds. After completion of penning, no birds can be handled or have judging sticks used without the permission of the Chief Steward or Judge. This rule is enforced most seriously and endorsed by the FCAQI (QLD). 6. All eggs laid during show are to be collect by a CHFC club steward only. 7. Only birds entered by the closing date will be accepted for penning. 8. All care will be taken, but no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage. 9. Birds will remain penned until released by the Chief Steward. 10. All birds must be entered in the correct classes. This is the responsibility of the exhibitor. This rule will be enforced and the Chief Steward will disqualify any birds entered into the incorrect class. 11. All birds must be bona-fide property of the exhibitor. 12. Breed classes will be formed for any breed where 3 or more of a breed are entered and penned. Failing this requirement, birds will be judged as AOV or AOC. 13. Champion of Champions will include all open champions and all junior champions fowl and waterfowl. 14. CHFC best in show is awarded to a Central Highlands Feather Club member only.
