1 National Rabbit Breeds and Rex Rabbit Breeders Club, ÚOK for rabbits breeding and SZCH invites you to Special European Exhibition of Dwarf Rabbits 25 th 26 th November 2017 General exhibition rules and regulations: The exhibition is governed by EE exhibition rules and regulations; Only animals born from 2012 to 2017 are allowed to be exhibit; Entries acceptance will be confirmed and the numbers of show cages will be sent to the breeders by or post after animals are included in the catalogue; By sending an entry the exhibitor binds himself to pay all the exhibition fees even if he/she for some reason would not be able to attend the exhibition in the end; In case the exhibition is cancelled for some compelling reasons the exhibition fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred; During the whole exhibition the exhibition organizer is responsible for animal care and liable for losses if occur; In case of loss the breeder will be payed normal price for the lost animal meaning the price established by the exhibition organizer; Exhibition committee is not responsible for any loss or damage that happens during the transportation of animals as well as for animals showing symptoms of disease those will be putted in quarantine; Any manipulation with animals during the exhibition without the knowledge of a guarantee is forbidden. Expositions: EŠV DWARF RABBITS rabbits judged by European standards - individually; - in collections of 4 - free collection with both sexes (in the entry must be signed as K) EŠV DWARF RABBITS rabbits judged by UK standards - individually; One rabbit may be judged by both, European and UK standards. If so, the fee for the show cage is 9,00 per rabbit. Fill your entry properly and legibly. Use print hand or fill your entry using computer. 2 catalogue - obligatory for all exhibitors including youth exhibitors 5,00 handling fee 2,00 Catalogues are available only during the exhibition. No catalogues will be available for sending after the exhibitions is finished. You can support the exhibition financially. Each donor who supports the exhibition financially by the sum of 5 and more or by a gift will be listed in the catalogue as an official exhibition sponsor. Bank connection: Slovenská sporiteľňa, IBAN SK , BIC: GIBASKBX The payments may be paid by transfer from exhibitor's bank account (write the name of the breeder and EŠV 2017 in the notice for beneficiary) or by postal order type U. Notification of payment must be added to the entry. Notice that unpaid entries will not be included in the catalogue! In case of group payments please add details of payments to the entries due to the identification. Foreign payments: Exhibitors from foreign countries may pay the fees right on the spot. Veterinary conditions: Only animals with valid animal health certificate will be accepted for the exhibition. The animal health certificate must confirm that the animal is healthy and it comes from an environment free of dangerous contamination. Rabbits must be vaccinated against rabbit plague and myxomatosis. The vaccinations and other examinations must be recorded in accompanying documentation. Exhibition Schedule (OBLIGATORY FOR ALL EXHIBITORS!) 8:00 a.m. 12:00 a.m., Thursday, 23 rd November 2017: animals entry 1:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m., Thursday, 23 rd November 2017: judging 7:00 a.m. 2: 00 p.m., Friday, 24 th November 2017: judging following European standards, awarding 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., Saturday, 25 th November 2017: exhibition of animals 10:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m., Saturday, 25 th November 2017: judging following UK standards 7:00 p.m., Saturday, 25 th November 2017: presentation ceremony 9:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m., Sunday, 26 th November 2017: exhibition of animals after 3:00 p.m., Sunday, 26 th November 2017: returning of animals to breeders Animals' acceptance and returning: Animals must be transported to the place of exhibition by their own breeders; Each container must be properly marked by a label. The label must include the number of the show cage the breeder received from the exhibition organizer; Together with the number of the show cage the breeder receives a performing animal registration form. He must fill in an identification number (ear marking number) of his animal; After guarantee's approval the breeder himself puts his animal into the show cage; After putting the animal into the show cage the guarantee signs out and the exhibitor gives him the performing animals registration form that he filled previously; Returning of animals can be done only by an appropriate guarantee; After arrival each animal will be checked by a veterinarian for any disease. If the animal shows any signs of a disease it will not be allowed into the exhibition halls; Exhibitors please notice that all the fees already paid are not refundable;

3 Weighting of an animal must be done at home by its breeder who writes down the weight of the animal into the performing animals registration form. There will be only random checking of the weight of the animals during exhibition. Exhibition committee is not responsible for any container's loss or damage that happens during the exhibition. Judging The public are not admitted to the judging of animals; Only delegated judges, future judges in training, guarantees and exhibition committee members are allowed to the exhibition halls during the judging; It is possible to file a complaint but only for formal reasons and only during the exhibition. Complaints are filed in the exhibition office after paying a sum of 20. The Board of Appeals will inform the exhibitor of the results of investigation on a day he filed a complaint by 2:00 p. m. If the investigation shows the complaint was legitimate the 20 fee will be returned to the exhibitor. If it is to the contrary, the fee goes for account of the exhibition. Prizes All prizes/titles will be awarded based on achieved points and in accordance with actual regulation; The prizes/titles are: European Master European Champion EE medal Honorable mentions MCH European Master (= Young Breeder European Master) MCH European Champion (= Young Breeder European Champion) Breeders clubs and official sponsors may donate prizes that will be awarded; Each sponsor who wants to donate a cup or other prize may do so and he/she can choose whichever breed or coat color he/she wants to make the donation for; The prizes will be awarded during the presentation ceremony as a part of an evening party; All the prizes/titles will be given only at the ceremony, none will be sent by post. Animal sale All animals can be sold only in booths; All animals for sail will be displayed in show cages; A sale price of an animal must be listed in the entry by his breeder; Each sale price will be displayed in the catalogue with 10 % increase from the original sale price required from a breeder. These 10 % will be used for account of the exhibition and the breeder will be paid the price he required in the entry; Animals without pedigree chards may also be sold if they are required by a buyer; Money from the sale will be paid out to the breeders during the exhibition in the exhibition office on Sunday 26 th November 2017 from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please notice that in case a breeder does not collect his/her money during the exhibition those can be send only to an account he/she has previously given in the entry; Changes in exhibition conditions The exhibition committee reserves the right to make changes in exhibition rules and regulations in the interest of a successful running of the exhibition; Matters that are not presented in the exhibition rules and regulations will be decided by the exhibition committee
