1 GENERAL RULES 30 th FESTURIS Gramado - International Tourism Trade Show I - GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. The present GENERAL RULES is designed to rule the Event called the 30th FESTURIS Gramado International Tourism Trade Show and must be respected by every person (legal or natural) who is part of it. 2. The PROMOTER of the Event, named and qualified on the preamble, in performing its tasks, may complement it, promoting alterations and resolving, whenever necessary, the cases not covered herein. 3. The organizers, the Participants, the Exhibitors, visitors, guests, and all those who enter in any way in the juridical sphere of the Event are subject to the norms of the present General Rules, must ensure its obedience. II - EXHIBITORS AND PARTICIPANTS 1. The participation of companies that render services in the tourism industry or alike, by themselves or their representatives, properly registered, will be allowed to participate. 2. The promotion of products and/or companies which are not participating in the Event as Exhibitors, supporters or sponsors is absolutely forbidden. Any exceptions to this aspect must hold special licenses given by the Organization. 3. The fixation of banners, promotional balloons and other advertising pieces out of the space of the acquired stand is absolutely forbidden. The general space is reserved for the sponsors or supporters and it is managed by the event.
2 4. The circulation of Event s Queens and Princesses are forbidden, and their presence is only allowed when inside of the stand. In case this rule is broken, they will be invited to leave the venue. 4.1 In the Parks and Entertainment Hall the circulation of promotional characters, queens, and princesses of events will be permitted as long as they are exhibitors and linked to the hall. This circulation will comprise both inside its own stand, as well as the common areas of the Parks & Entertainment Hall. 5. The access to the venue is not allowed for minors under 16 years old, even if accompanied by parents/legal guardians. 6. The access to the venue is not allowed for animals. Except service dogs, accordingly to the Brazilian law number /05 that grants people with disabilities the right to enter and remain in public areas accompanied by their service dogs. 7. The EXHIBITOR will not be allowed to make, on the stand, any kind of cooking that might produce a smell. area. 7.1 Exceptions apply for the exhibitors of the FESTURIS Gastronomy 8. The consumption of alcoholic beverages will be allowed after 6 p.m. 8.1 Exceptions apply for the exhibitors of the FESTURIS Gastronomy area, where tasting sessions are allowed during the trade show opening hours. 9. Tickets to guests will be allowed, as long as they are registered through the website. 10. The access to guests and visitors will be through the main entrance of the pavilion, specifically identified for this purpose.
3 11. The access of students in the fairgrounds will be allowed after 4 p.m. on both days of the trade show. 12. People wearing shorts or bath slippers will have the access to the venue denied. 13. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. It is allowed outside, keeping the location clean and free of debris. III - CIRCULATION OF EMPLOYEES OR STAFF 1. All the people who participate in any way, or work on the Event must have an identification badge, which will be given by the PROMOTER upon request, through a list informed by the Exhibitors, being minors under the age of 16 strictly forbidden to work. 2. In order to register press agents, the Exhibitor should inform the Promoter the professional registration number in order to get the credentials of their category. This badge will be part of the total number of credentials that the Exhibitor is entitled according to their acquired area. Extra badges will not be provided. 3. The use of the identification badge is mandatory in the fairground from November 8 to 11, The access of non-identified people will be forbidden. IV - WORKING HOURS 1. The Opening Ceremony will take place on November 8 th at 8 p. m. at Palácio dos Festivais, in Gramado. 2. The Trade Show is open to the public from 2 p. m. to 8 p.m., on November 9th, and 10th, 2018.

The Exhibitor s credentials holders will be allowed access to the venue from 8 a.m. onwards on November 8th (Thursday), through any of the entrances, and from 10 a.m. onwards on November 9th and 10th, 2018 (Friday and Saturday). It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to keep someone from their team on the stand during this time. 3.1 During the operation hours, on November 9th and 10th, the entrance of exhibitors with the material will only be permitted through gates 1, 2, 3 and All the stands must be open in full operation at 2 p.m. on November 9th and 10th, 2018, when the Event is open to the public. V - SHOWS AND SPECIAL DEMONSTRATIONS 1. Demonstrations of folk / cultural or similar nature will only be allowed inside the area of the stands, without invasion of the common areas on November 9th and 10th, after 6 p.m. If there is any violation of this rule, the exhibitor may suffer formal warning, payment of a fine of 30% calculated over the amount paid by the stand, or having the stand closed, with activation of this legal instrument. 1.1 The exception to this rule applies to exhibitors who are in the Hall of Parks & Entertainment, which may thus perform demonstrations of folk, cultural, artistic or similar within their stand or in the common areas of the hall during the days that occur the trade show, however, respecting the rule described below, on the use of sound (item 2 / V). 2. Will not be permitted, under any circumstance, the use of a sound amplifier in order to comply with the sound volume as not to interfere in neighboring stands, always considering the commercial character of the fair, which will be strictly followed. 3. Any sort of launching or special event that may occur in the stand must be informed beforehand in writing to the PROMOTER.
5 VI - PROJECTS AND ASSEMBLY OF THE STANDS 1. The special assembling projects and decorations of each stand is the responsibility of the EXHIBITOR. 2. The assembling of the special stands will begin on November 3 rd, 2018, and the pavilions will be open for this purpose from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 3. The assembling of the special stands must be finished by 3 p. m. on November 7th, The special assembly company that goes beyond the deadline is subjected to a R$500 (five hundred BRL) fine per hour, being the assembly company charged immediately. The nonpayment of the fine will cause the detainment of the material until the end of the event and complete regularization of the debt. 4. Stands of an ordinary kind, not located on corners or "islands", will be handed over to the Participants with a basic assembly at 8 a. m. on November 8th, for decoration. 5. The assembly companies will be held responsible for all damages, losses and other consequences caused, even if accidentally, by themselves, their personnel, third parties, representatives, at the place of the Event during the time when it is being assembled and disassembled. VII - BASIC RULES FOR CONSTRUCTION 1. Must be observed the basic rules of construction in the Exhibitor Manual through the link Exhibitor/Exhibitor smanual and in the Assembly Companies Manual through the link Exhibitor/AssemblyCompaniesManual. 2. Any constructions outside the spaces of the stands which invade the areas of common use, such as entrances, aisles and etc. are expressly forbidden.
6 3. It is strictly prohibited to lean against or hang any weight or products on the structure of the pavilions. Such situation will only be allowed with the authorization in writing by the PROMOTER or by the Administration of the Event s Center. Any damage to the walls, ceiling or columns, will be the responsibility of each Exhibitor. The construction of double stands or one with a mezzanine is expressly prohibited. The construction of an access ramp for wheelchair users and disabled people is obligatory in case of stands with an elevated floor. 4. The construction may have a maximum height of 6m. The height in relation to neighboring walls must be of 3,50m from the floor at the most. No construction exceeding the height specified in this item will be allowed. 4.1 The projects which are not in accordance with the General Rules will not have its assembly authorized. Each and every element that goes beyond the height of 3.5 meters must obey a distance of at least one meter from the neighbor stand and from the halls. 5.0 The voltage at the pavilions is 220v. VIII - DISASSEMBLY OF THE STAND 1. It is mandatory the removal of decor and furnishings on November 10th after 8:30 p. m. (Saturday), as long as the exhibitor has withdrawn their work material. The structure of the stand must only be removed and disassembled on November 10th, 2018 after 11 p.m. 2. The stands must be completely disassembled by 6 p.m. November 12th, 2018 (Monday), and the storage or permanence of any materials will not be allowed after this deadline, once the PROMOTER does not hold responsibility for the safety of these items.
7 IX SECURITY 1. The existence of flammables, fuels, explosives, corrosive substances, toxic substances, inert gases or products which produce any kind of smell is prohibited on any premises of the Event. 2. The use and demonstration of any sort of material or equipment which presents any risks for the public, for the stand and for the building, in general, is prohibited. In case there is any equipment which is indispensable, the EXHIBITOR must promote its installations and adopt proper security measures which completely eliminate any danger. 3. The display of any material or equipment in front of fire extinguishers or that, in any way, impede or make its use difficult is prohibited. The exhibitor who needs special security service for his stand must directly contact the official company of the event, through the site The permanence of security guards, not official of the event, will not be allowed. The Event will have specialized security service, so as to watch the common areas and the access to the public, etc. OBS: The security service offered by the event is not responsible for any objects left in the stands or for people who circulate through them since it is not possible to know who is authorized or not. X - CLEANING 1. FESTURIS Gramado is responsible for the cleaning of the common areas. The cleaning services of the stands for November 9 th and 10 th might be hired directly through the website or Exhibitor/CleaningRequest. Other cleaning service suppliers will not be registered. Therefore, the circulation of extra professionals, from the date of the beginning of the Event, is strictly prohibited.
8 1.1 Rotating cleaning is one of the options for cleaning services you may hire for your stand. The deadline for hiring the cleaning services is on October 30th, Prices follow: Stand Size Price for each m² 6 20 m² R$ m² R$ m² R$ m² R$ Stationary cleaning is another option for your stand, where one professional will be always at your disposal.
