1 OFFF (Oregon Flock & Fiber Festival) Rabbit Entry Form Livestock Division NWARA Rabbit Show Note: The barn is not usable this year. At this point we don t know what we will have to work with, but have been told by the Event Center that they are doing something. Most likely it will be a large tent, with structures inside for livestock areas. We have no idea of the size or layout or even when we will know what we have to work with. Please be aware that things will be very different this year. We will need everyone s cooperation and help to make this work. Extra volunteers will be needed this year, especially on check in day. General Livestock Rules apply. Check in time starts Friday, September 28th, after 1:00 pm. 2. Exhibit/Sale(not showing) Rabbits must pass health check before Festival opens and have legible ear tattoo. Any rabbits failing health checks will be removed from fairgrounds. Maximum 10 Exhibit/Sale(not showing) Rabbits. 3. Rabbit raisers are invited to enter rabbits to the Festival for exhibit, sale, and/or the Rabbit Show.Limited vendor spaces are available in the rabbit area (10 x10 for $100). Contact Jan McMahon (see Festival Planning Committee) 4. Rabbits must be at least 8 weeks old, German Angoras must be 12 weeks old. 5. Sales are by private treaty. 6. Exhibitors will provide housing large enough for rabbits to turn freely. 7. Cages must have bottom trays and must be marked with name and phone number. 8. 3 ARBA Show Rules NWARA Angora Sanctioned Specialty Shows 2 Shows; French, English, Giant, & Satin Angoras Plus Two Special Just for Fun Classes; German Angoras & Spinner s Dream/Hybrid Angoras 1. This will be an Official ARBA show governed by the Official Show Rules in the ARBA Yearbook. All rabbits will be judged by the ARBA Standard of Perfection edition. 2. All rabbits will be judges as written on the entry forms and all changes must be approved by the show secretary. Ear Changes will be $1.00 per change. 3. Make all checks payable to NWARA in US Funds. A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. 4. Entries must be paid for before the rabbits are judged. 5. All entries must be paid whether the rabbits are judged or not. (No refunds on Scratched animals) 6. Legs and show reports will be mailed. Ribbon and comment cards must be picked up at show. 7. NWARA reserves the right to add, substitute, or cancel judges as conditions require. 8. Judges decisions will be final. Interfering with the judging will not be tolerated. The final interpretation of the show rules are the responsibility of the show committee. 9. All entries shall be entered at the sole risk of their owner. The greatest possible care will be given to your entries however, neither the NWARA, OFFF, or fairgrounds will be responsible for any injury suffered by entrants, their guests, spectators, or animals. 10. Adults will be held liable for damage done by their children or those in their care. 11. Leak proof cages bottoms are required. 12. Under age animals will not be allowed it the showroom! Animals must meet their breed s minimum weights to be in the showroom. 13. Submitting an entry indicates acceptance of these rules. 14. NWARA reserves the right to refuse entries from all locations within 150 miles that has had a confirmed outbreak of RCD/RHD/VHD within the past 60 days of the entry deadline.
