2 CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. The stock will be sold in the order which they appear in the catalogue and the highest bidder on the fall of the hammer will be declared the purchaser. If any dispute shall arise between two or more bidders then the lot in dispute will be put up for sale again and resold, or the purchaser may be declared by the auctioneer. 2. The pedigree and description of the lots are believed to be correct, but are not intended to be a warranty and therefore should be taken with all faults and errors of description. 3. All animals are risk of the vendor before sale and of the purchaser after the sale. The auctioneer accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused to the animal in the sales yard or its precinct thereof. 4. The service dates, while believed to be correct cannot however be guaranteed. 5. All lots will be sold in Euro. Purchasers will be charged a fee of 5% of the sale price. 6. Purchasers shall when and if required give their names and addresses to the auctioneers and shall if required, pay to the auctioneers the purchase price at the fall of the hammer or soon thereafter as the auctioneer requires. 7. Purchasers paying by cheque must be prepared, if required, to produce a bankers reference. 8. No lots shall be removed from the sale premises until a written order has been given on behalf of the auctioneers. 9. Each lot shall at the purchasers expense, be removed from the sales premises within a reasonable time after close of sale. 10. All statements in the catalogue or made by the auctioneer at time of sale relating to the animal are believed to be correct. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or faults in any of the animals by reason of any of the animals being incorrectly described in the catalogue, or by the auctioneer in the ring. No compensation shall be paid in respect of any faults or errors of description. 11. All animals are sold as they stand and the purchaser is deemed to have examined each animal and fully satisfied themselves about the animal prior to sale. 12. All ewes are sold as having been scanned in lamb in the days previous to the sale, unless otherwise stated. 13. Purchasers at this sale not complying with these conditions, will be subject, without further notice, to have their lots resold, whether by public auction or be private contract, the deposit money will be forfeited, and any deficiency with all expenses attending such re-sale, to be made good by the defaulters at the sale.

Because of extensive use of AI & ET we are able to offer ewes by rated sires such as 50,000gns Haddo Ringleader, 7,000gns Garngour Ultimatum, Mullan Ulsterman, 7,000gns Oberstown Usain Bolt and the 40,000gns Glenside Valhalla. The Service sire of all my ewes is Auldhouseburn Yager Bomb. A shared purchase with Turoe Texels, Lanark Our sheep are reared on a commercial basis and receive no pre-sale pampering. I have no doubt they will thrive and prosper for their new owners. They are vaccinated for Toxo and Enzo and are in the Covexin 10 in 1 programme. Sheep will be scanned in the days prior to the sale. 4 Est 1986 Moneen Texels (formerly Tysaxon Texels) Flock: MYI FULLY SCRAPIE MONITORED MEMBER OF SHEEP IRELAND LAMBPLUS 30 YEARS IN THE TEXEL BREED Over the last 30 years the flock has achieved many show and sale champions, as well as entering the flock competition on 2 occasions only and coming 2nd and 3rd in the Large flock. In the most recent flock competition we were placed 3rd in the Large flock (2014). All the ewes for sale today were part of the group as ewe lambs and were much admired by the Judge on the day. We are offering this top quality set of mature ewes for sale today. All ewes are in lamb to Clover Hill Viceroy, a big strong sheep with good legs and a super head. He stood 3rd prize in the open Ram Lamb class as a lamb in Blessington in Many young breeders have started their Texel breeding lines with Moneen/ Tysaxon ewes and have gone on to be the leading flocks in the country.
