2 NOTES & CONDITIONS OF SALE Accommodation A list of convenient hotels and farmhouse accommodation is available from the auctioneers. Viewing and Inspection This will take place on the morning of the sale, from approximately 9:00am. Auction Sale Rules The sale will be conducted under the General Conditions of Sale, a copy of which will be displayed in the main office, except as varied as below: Any claims with regard to any warranty must be registered with the auctioneers within seven days of the sale. Whilst all descriptions, statements and times contained in this catalogue are given in good faith, the auctioneers do not accept liability for errors, omissions or misdescriptions. All animals are sold as seen, and purchasers are deemed to bid for and if successful to have purchased all goods in the full knowledge of the Conditions of Sale. Order and Method of Sale The sale will progress strictly in catalogued order, unless any alteration is announced by the auctioneers. All animals will be sold in pounds. Settlement in full is due at the close of sale and should be made to the auctioneers in the main office. The vendor will be pleased to look after any of the animals to enable veterinary inspections for export etc; however, the animals will remain at all times the responsibility of the purchaser. Telephone Bidding Arrangements can be made for those wishing to bid by telephone. At least two days notice would be appreciated. Refreshments Ringside Café will be open from 8:00am on the day of the sale for hot and cold refreshments.
