I the evet of the Evet ad/or exhibitio beig cacelled i terms that the Associatio shall be liable to the Cetre to pay the whole or ay part of the total hirig charge the Associatio shall retai the whole or ay part pro rata of the paymet made by the Delegate to the Associatio. 16. If the Delegate has paid the fee for the Evet the Associatio will be etitled to retai that paymet if the Delegate seeks to cacel his or her applicatio for the Evet after 31st August i the year of the Evet. 17. If the Associatio does retur ay paymet to the Delegate for whatever reaso the Associatio reserves the right to charge the Delegate 10% of that paymet plus VAT at the rate applicable at such time such paymet to be the Associatio s admiistratio fee. 18.
