Whe exercisig the dog s hid legs, the weight cuffs are placed above or below the hock with the side pockets o the outside of the body ad whe exercisig the frot legs the weight cuffs should be placed above or below the carpus. The weight cuffs ca be wor sigle or i pairs. Exercisig with weight cuffs will result i stroger muscles ad better movemets. The traiig should be adjusted from usig easy weights to heavier oes after a couple of weeks. A suitable weight to start with is oe gram per kilo of the dog s bodyweight.
