An AKC RECORDIG FEE of $.50 first entry only and an AKC EVET SERVICE FEE of $3.00 per entry will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry in an AKC Member or Licensed Rally Trial. All Recording and Event Service Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club. 4. ETRY FEES WILL OT BE REFUDED in the event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, excused by the Veterinarian, or Judge, or barred from competition by the Trial Committee. 5. BITCHES I SEASO are not permitted to compete in Obedience or Rally classes. If a female is withdrawn from competition for coming into season and the Trial Secretary is notified no later than ½ hour prior to the start of the first class, then the club will refund the entry fee. A processing fee of $8.00 per entry will be retained. A signed veterinarian s letter stating the bitch is in season must be provided as documentation with the request or within one week of the trial at the latest to receive a refund. 6. THE WELL-BEIG OF DOGS and participants is of paramount importance. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, fire, Act of God, act of a public enemy, strikes, extreme weather conditions (including but not limited to extreme heat, floods, hurricanes, lightning, or earthquakes), or any other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or complete the trial, no refunds of entry fee(s) will be made. If an exhibitor has not received a copy of the Schedule within seven (7) days of the show, the Trial Secretary should be contacted. 8. Consult Judging Program for time of judging. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGIG. The Club and/or its Trial Secretary will not be responsible for and are not obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agent of class judging. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or their agent alone are responsible for the timely presence of their dogs in the judging ring. Dogs may be excused from the trial after their class has been judged, if not eligible for further judging or awards. 9. THE TRIAL-GIVIG CLUB, THE TRIAL SECRETARY, their agents or employees assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, spectators, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to any child not under the control of their parents or guardians. 10. ALL AWARDS MUST BE CLAIMED THE DAY OF TRIAL; OE WILL BE MAILED. 11. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any show for which entries close after the date acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule refer to Chapter 11, Section 3). 5. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any show for which entries close after the date acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name.
