2 Welcome Welcome to the first annual Wattle Grove Speckle Park Female Sale. Exciting young females, tried and tested breeders and some brand new genetics never before released in Australia. This really is a superstar line up with pedigrees from some of the foundation animals of Speckle Park. It has been a difficult task selecting our sale lots. We really wanted to share the best we have whilst not losing momentum in our own breeding program. We also wanted to showcase the quality Canadian genetics we have been lucky enough to purchase over the past ten years. After quite a few months of thought and selection, more thought and reselection we are really excited with what we are offering. The two things we are passionate about are Speckle Park Cattle and family, some of the older females have been part of our family for a long time and although we are sad to see them go we are excited for what they can bring to your program. The younger heifers showcase the best Speckle Park genetics with sires like Putnam, Eagle, Eldorado and Calvin all featured. There is a mix of genetics, ages, and styles and we are sure you will find one, two or even a few that will fit nicely into your existing program or give you a great start in the breed. Purchasing cattle off us makes you part of the Wattle Grove family and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship. As we always say great cattle, great people and good times.

3 Sale Day Saturday 24th February 2018 Saturday 24th February 3.00pm (AEST)-Inspections, all live lots will be onsite. 7.00pm (AEST)- Video Auction Food and refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon A light dinner, drinks and entertainment will follow the auction. Sunday 25th February- 9.00am-1.00pm -Pick up of cattle from Towoomba Showground. Any cattle not picked up by Sunday 1pm will be held at Elders Yards, 429 South St Toowoomba. Females have been vet checked and where applicable Pregnancy scanned. Certificates will be available for purchasers for insurance purposes. Pregnancy Scanning: All PTIC animals were pregnancy scanned in February. Due to the vagaries of pregnancy aging if, upon DNA test, the calf is shown not to be of the parentage described, please contact us, and we will provide details to ascertain the correct parentage. DISCLAIMER: Every endeavour has been made regarding the accuracy of the pedigrees of the calves and pregnancies in this sale. In the case of an error in the parentage described, provided we can ascertain the true sire, Wattle Grove does not assume any responsibility for the error. In the unlikely event that a calf cannot be verified to any parentage Wattle Grove will refund 1/3 of the purchase price of the Lot in question.
