4 ORDER OF SALE: (in accordance with the Conditions of Entry) (a) MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY: The registered section will commence at Lot 6. Taking the order of the 2015 catalogue, the last 5 vendors have been moved forward five places. Any members selling Registered Ewes for the first time have been placed at the start of the registered section. Members of the Society selling non-registered ewes will be at the beginning and end of the registered section. (b) NON MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY: Position in the catalogue determined by ballot draw in Builth Wells Office. **************************** EAR TAGS: All sheep must be correctly tagged in accordance with Government legislation. THREE YEAR-OLD EWES must be double-tagged with ELECTRONIC IDENTIFICATION TAG in left ear and a matching numbered PURPLE TAG in the other ear; TWO YEAR-OLD EWES must be double-tagged with an ELECTRONIC IDENTIFICATION TAG in left ear and a matching numbered GREEN TAG in the other ear; YEARLING EWES must be doubletagged with a YELLOW ELECTRONIC IDENTIFICATION TAG in left ear and a BLUE TAG in the other ear (UK Number and individual number both matching). All sheep must be properly ear tagged otherwise they cannot be sold. Brightwells Ltd will not be held responsible for supplying to purchasers any inaccuracy in the information supplied by Vendors regarding their recording of EID and matching numbered ear tags in sheep presented for sale.
