Exhibitors are not allowed to sell rabbits from the show pens, from boxes or indeed bring rabbits for other people to collect All rabbits must have access to water at all times, as this is now a BRC rule. 15 RHEOLAU AC AMODAU'R SIOE / RULES AND REGULATIONS 1 Stewards will remain in charge of the Pavilion throughout the day. 2 All stock to be penned by am Wednesday 25 July, in readiness for judging at 10.30am and shall not be removed before the presentation of awards or 4.30 p.m., whichever is later. All stock must be removed by 5.00pm. 3 ALL RABBITS MUST HAVE ACCESS TO WATER AT ALL TIMES, AS THIS IS NOW A BRC RULE. ANY BREAKING OF THIS RULE, EXHIBITORS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BRC (Water Bottles Are Available For Purchase, If Necessary). 4 All entry fees to be paid with entries. No fees returned on non arrival of exhibits. All exhibits will be booked in and out of the Show. 5 Entries submitted by telephone must be confirmed in writing. 6 Tickets / Car Passes. Exhibitors with multiple block entries will be allocated free admission tickets on the following basis: 4-5 block entries: one adult or two child tickets 6-7 block entries: two adult and one child ticket, or one adult and two child tickets 8 + block entries: two adult and two child tickets Ticket combinations, where applicable should be clearly marked on the entry form. A car pass will be issued, where necessary. 7 The Society will take reasonable care for the safety of exhibits and all property entrusted to them, but it must be distinctly understood by exhibitors and purchasers of any exhibits, and all other persons, that the Society will not be responsible for the entire or partial loss, or detention of or damage to any exhibit, boxes, hampers or other property during transit to or from the Show, whether arising from an accident or any other cause whatever, nor for any act of omission of themselves, their officers, agents, servants, or others, and it is on this understanding only that entrants and claims are received, and exhibitors and purchasers will be required to hold the Society blameless in the event of any loss. 8 No person may handle, pen or repack any exhibits without the permission of the Chief Sectional Steward or Senior Stewards. 9 If the exhibitor is under 18 years of age then the entry form has to be signed by a parent/guardian who is over 18 years of age. Please note that whoever signs the entry form takes full responsibility for complying with all rules and regulations. If the exhibitor is entering the Junior classes by signing the form the parent/guardian is also confirming that the child s date of birth is within the class criteria. 10 Information from entry forms will be stored on computer and the name, address and details of entries may be published in the Catalogue, unless otherwise advised; information about results may also be published and/or provided to the press for publication. Information about exhibitors may also be passed to any regulatory authority or Trading Standards. The making of an entry is irrevocable consent for the storage and disclosure of information in this way. 11 Prize money must be collected on the day and will not be paid before 4.45 p.m. Any prize money not collected on the day will be deemed as having been donated to the Society. 12 Protests: Any exhibitor or member wishing to lodge a protest, having reference to a prize awarded to any exhibit at the Show, must be made in writing and handed to the Chief Sectional Steward within two hours of judging, together with a deposit of which will be returned if the protest is upheld. 13 Please bring your white coat as your assistant maybe required to support the Show. 14 Pets Act 1951, Article 2 NO Rabbits can be offered for sale.
