1 Superintendent: Debbie Coffelt ( ) Assistant Superintendent: Sarah Van Dyne Entries close Friday, August 16, H/FFA & Open Rabbit Show (Department FA) Class No. Entry forms are available at this website or in the Fair Office. Completed forms can be dropped off in person or mailed to the Shenandoah County Fair Association, Inc., P. O. Box 264, Woodstock, Virginia Entry fees are $.50/per rabbit per class except doe with litter, entry fee will be $.50/per entry. Eligible rabbits will be shown in the following categories: Doe Buck Doe with Litter Identical classes and premiums will exist in the 4-H/FFA member competition and in the open (all others) competition. No cross entering is allowed. Single rabbits will be judged according to breed and sex. There will be a mixed breed category. Doe with litter will be judged as a pen. All judging will be done according to the American Rabbit Breeder s Association Rules and Regulations. No single rabbits under the age of three (3) months may be entered. (Rabbits must have been born prior to May 15, 2012.) All rabbits must be in their cages by Noon, Saturday, August 24, 2013, and remain on exhibit until 8:00 PM, Saturday, August 31, No diseased or sick rabbits will be permitted on the fairgrounds. Final decision regarding removal of rabbits rests with the Superintendent of the Rabbit Department. All exhibitors (4-H/FFA and Open) must show their own rabbits at the time of judging, or must make arrangements for another exhibitor to show their rabbits. The Superintendent will not be responsible for handling rabbits during the show and will disqualify rabbit entries that are not handled by the exhibitor or a substitute exhibitor. Rabbits will be watered and fed daily. The Rabbit show will be held inside the Rabbit Building at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 27, 2013 Classes will receive premiums as follows: Premiums: 1st - $3.50; 2nd - $2.50; 3rd - $1.50 SECTION 1 - PUREBRED AMERICAN FUZZY LOP 1.
