6 RHEOLAU AC AMODAU'R SIOE - ADRAN MOCH CWTA SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS - CAVY SECTION 1 All stock to be penned by am. 2 Delivery of Exhibits ENTRY FOR VEHICLES - between 7.30am 9.00am (under strict supervision of the security contractors). Vehicles MUST BE REMOVED by 9.00am. After unloading vehicles are to be parked in a reserved area at the bottom of Lower NORTH 10 (if space available). Under no circumstances can vehicles be parked outside the Fur and Feather Pavilion throughout the day. 3 Collection of Exhibits PEDESTRIAN ENTRY ONLY from 4.30pm ENTRY FOR VEHICLES from 7.00pm (subject to departure and clearance of livestock vehicles). These times will be confirmed in your letter to exhibitors, which must be checked prior to your arrival. 4 No cavies to be prepared for exhibition after judging has commenced. 5 All long haired breeds to be brushed out as and when required by the judge. 6 The ear label must be on the ear of all breeds of cavies. 7 Sows found to be in pig will be returned to the pens and take no further part in the Show. 8 All pigs must be entered in their correct breed/age. 9 Juvenile pure breeds may be entered in the open section as well as the juvenile classes. 10 Food and water must be supplied by the exhibitors. 11 Presentation of prizes to take place at 3.30 p.m. on Thursday 26 July. 12 Entry fees to be paid by cheque with entries. 13 An admission ticket to the Show will be issued to exhibitors whose entry fees amount to a minimum of NO cavies can be offered for sale. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell cavies from the show pens, from boxes or indeed bring cavies for other people to collect. 15 Information from entry forms will be stored on computer and the name, address and details of entries may be published in the Catalogue, unless otherwise advised; information about results may also be published and/or provided to the press for publication. Information about exhibitors may also be passed to any regulatory authority or Trading Standards. The making of an entry is irrevocable consent for the storage and disclosure of information in this way. 16 If the exhibitor is under 18 years of age then the entry form has to be signed by a parent/guardian who is over 18 years of age. Please note that whoever signs the entry form takes full responsibility for complying with all rules and regulations. If the exhibitor is entering the Junior classes by signing the form the parent/guardian is also confirming that the child s date of birth is within the class criteria. GWOBRAU ARBENNIG / SPECIAL PRIZES Trophies for Best in Show and Reserve Championship & Reserve Championship Rosettes RHEOLAU PROTESTIO YR ADRAN MOCH CWTA REGULATIONS TO PROTESTS - CAVY SECTION Any exhibitor or member wishing to lodge a protest, having reference to a prize awarded to any exhibit at the Show, must be made in writing and handed to the Chief Sectional Steward within two hours of judging, together with a deposit of which will be returned if the protest is upheld.
