3 SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS 1 All stock to be penned by 10.00am. 2 Collection of Exhibits PEDESTRIAN ENTRY ONLY from 4.30pm. VEHICULAR ENTRY from 7.00pm (subject to departure and clearance of livestock vehicles) These times will be confirmed in your letter to exhibitors, which must be checked prior to your arrival. 3 Entry fees to accompany the entry form. Any absent entries must be paid for. 4 Adult tickets will not be issued to pet exhibitors. 5 If the exhibitor is under 18 years of age then the entry form has to be signed by a parent/guardian who is over 18 years of age. Please note that whoever signs the entry form takes full responsibility for complying with all rules and regulations. If the exhibitor is entering the Junior classes by signing the form the parent/guardian is also confirming that the child s date of birth is within the class criteria. 6 It is with regret that the Society cannot accept entries of Feather, Dogs or Ferrets in the Pet Section. 7 Pets Act 1951, Article 2 NO pets can be offered for sale. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell pets from the show pens, from boxes or indeed bring pets for other people to collect 8 Pens will be provided for rabbits, cavies and cats; all other small pets to be shown in own cages. 9 NO DOGS ALLOWED IN FUR AND FEATHER PAVILION 10 FOOD AND WATER MUST BE SUPPLIED BY THE EXHIBITORS, WHERE APPROPRIATE (WATER BOTTLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE, IF NECESSARY)

4 RHEOLAU GWRTHWYNEBU PROTEST - ADRANNAU R ANIFEILAID ANWES REGULATIONS TO PROTESTS - PET SECTION Any exhibitor or member wishing to lodge a protest, having reference to a prize awarded to any exhibit at the Show, must be made in writing and handed to the Chief Sectional Steward within two hours of judging, together with a deposit of which will be returned if the protest is upheld.
