Individual official animal identification is required for all goats. Official ID includes: A USDA ear tag with a US shield ; or A legible tattoo with herd and individual identification recognized in an approved USDA Scrapie database; or Goats having a breed registration tattoo and accompanied by a registration certificate are exempt from the scrapie ID requirement if the tattoo is legible and a registration certificate listing the current owner (copy acceptable) accompanies the animal at all times during transport from the premises of origin 2. A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued after May 1, All animals must be free of infectious and contagious diseases and a statement of this should be written on the CVI. Out of State Goats: 1. A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued within the 30 days prior to the date of importation. 2. Vesicular Stomatitis (VS): (applies to states that experienced a Vesicular Stomatitis outbreak in the last 12 months). An accredited veterinarian shall determine whether the animals are free from VS, and animals shall be accompanied by a CVI with the following statement signed by the accredited veterinarian: All animals identified on this certificate of veterinary inspection have been examined and found to be free from VS. During the past 90 days, these animals were not located within 10 miles of a site where VS has been diagnosed. 3. All animals must be free of infectious and contagious diseases and a statement of this is required on the CVI. 4. Individual official animal identification is required for all goats. Testing requirements: Tuberculosis: No test is required for animals originating from Accredited Free states or zones. All animals originating from states or zones designated Modified Accredited Advanced must be test negative within the 60 days prior to the date of importation. The negative test results and date of test must be included on the CVI or the animal must be accompanied by a negative test report (a copy of the original report is acceptable). All animals originating from states or zones designated Modified Accredited must originate from herds in which all animals 12 months of age and older have tested negative within the 12 months prior to the date of importation; and the individual animals (all ages) to be imported have also tested negative within the 60 days prior to the date of importation and at least 60 days after the negative whole herd test was completed. To show ownership, the exhibitor's name must be on registration papers. 2. If livestock barns are filled to capacity, entries will be refused based on latest postmark. 3. All goats must be registered in the exhibitor's name and stamped by the A.D.G.A. Papers must be readily available prior to and during the show. 4. All animals must be dehorned. Scurs will be permitted. 5. Goats must me milked prior to showing with milk out time to be twelve hours prior to the start of the show. 6. Exhibitor limited to 2 premiums per class; group classes limited to 1 premium per exhibitor. 7. No straw or bedding will be furnished. 8. The co-chairpersons will handle all pen assignments. Barn capacity and assignments will be based on 3 large, 4 medium, or 6 small animals per pen. 9. Breeders are to be aware that the fair will not provide separation barriers for animals from certified scrapie free programs. 10. All goats must show in the age classes to be shown in the group classes. 11. This is an A.D.G.A. sanctioned, combined Jr. & Sr. Doe show. A.D.G.A. Rules shall govern. 12. Get of Sire - 3 does, the Get of 1 Sire, must be out of at least 2 dams. All need not be owned by exhibitor. Sire must be named. Limit 1 entry sired by same buck. 18. Produce of Dam - To consist of 2 does, any age, produce of same dam. All need not be owned by exhibitor. Dam must be named. Limit 1 entry from same dam. 19. Mother and Daughter To consist of dam and 1 daughter of any age. Dam must be named. Limit one entry from same dam. 20. Best Udder - Open to all milking does. Doe judged on udder alone. BEST DOE IN SHOW - Grand Champion of each breed only. BEST UDDER IN SHOW First place winner in udder class of each breed only. SUPREME CHAMPION 3

All goats must be registered in the exhibitor s name with the ABGA, USBGA, or IBGA no other animals will be accepted. 2. This show will follow ABGA rules. 3. Does may be entered in Purebred/Full Blood and Registered Percentage categories. 4. Bucks are limited to Pureblood/Full Blood category ONLY. 5. Purebred animals may not be entered in Percentage classes. 6. The base date for computing ages for entries shall be the date the animals are judged. 7.
