4 Arizona State Rabbit & Cavy Breeders Association Drawing will be held Saturday, February 18, 2012 New and very gently used donations will be greatly appreciated. Pedigreed show quality animals can be accepted. NOTE: All animals entered in raffle must be deemed acceptable by an official appointed by ASRCBA SHOW RULES All shows will be governed by the latest show rules of the ARBA and filing of an entry denotes acceptance of same. 1. This is a NO comment card show for rabbits. Comment cards will be available for your use. Ribbons awarded to youth exhibitors for 1 st thru 3 rd placements. Ribbons awarded to open exhibitors upon request only. 2. Each entry must have a legible, permanent marking or cavy tag in left ear. 3. Sponsoring club reserves the right to substitute or add judges without prior notice. 4. Exhibitors will be responsible to get their animals to and from the judging tables. Any animals not on the table after the second call will be scratched, entry fees will not be refunded. 5. All youth exhibitors must bring their animals to the table for judging. Adults will not be allowed to bring animals entered in the youth shows to the judging table. 6. Youth may not enter the same in rabbit or cavy in both open and youth classes at the same show. Youth may make entries in both open and youth classes with different animals. 7. Substitutions will be allowed only in the same class, sex, variety, group and breed per ARBA rules. These changes can be made at the show table provided the change is made clearly on the control sheets prior to the start of judging of the class. 8. AZ State Fairgrounds charges a parking fee of $7.00-1/2 price parking permits can be purchased and must be paid for prior to show date. Save a few bucks order your 1/2 price parking permit by contacting Joan Stewart via rabbitshowsec@aol.com 9. No breeding of rabbits or cavies will be permitted in the showroom. 10. NO ANIMALS (other than rabbits or cavies) will be allowed in the showroom with the exception of ADA service animals protected under the American Disabilities Act. Exhibitors with service animals are asked to inform the show secretary of their presence in order to ward off contrary actions by unknowing individuals. This is not required, just requested. 11. NO SMOKING and NO ALCOHOL will be allowed in the buildings. Smoking outside is permitted 25 from any doorway. 12. Sponsoring club will not be responsible for injury, possible theft or demise of any animal. Cages must be secured at all times. 13. Parents or acting guardians will be responsible for the conduct of their children. Inappropriate behavior, disrespect of animals, property or persons will result in dismissal from this show and forfeiture of all entry fees. Appropriate show locations are hard to find, please keep in mind that we may not be asked back if we do not practice good citizenship or good housekeeping skills. 14. No person, other than show officials, judges and clerks will be allowed behind the judging tables during judging. 15. This is a carrying cage show and all carriers for rabbits and cavies must have solid bottoms. The show committee requests that all carriers be placed on plastic floor covering. 16. Entries are to be postmarked and prepaid no later than Saturday, February 11, 2012, entries no later than 10:00pm Wednesday, February 15, Please contact the appropriate secretary if you have any questions on a specialty show. 17. Any emergency or problem not covered by these rules will be referred to the show superintendents, their decision will be final. 18. VENDORS BY INVITATION ONLY or prior authorization from the show committee. Vendors will be selling rabbit or cavy related items. Unauthorized sellers will be asked to leave.
