5 LERCBA Official Show Rules: 1. This is an official ARBA sanctioned show and is governed by the latest rules such as. 2. Entries for the LERCBA Show MUST be postmarked by April Thursday April 18 th. 3. All entries must be in place by 8PM Friday April 27 th. 4. Entries are $3.50 per rabbit for the LERCBA Show. 5. Any animal showing signs of sickness or disease will be removed from the show room at the discretion of the Superintendent and the entry fee will be forfeited. 6. The show committee reserves the right to substitute judges if necessary. 7. All rabbits must have a permanent and legible earmark. 8. Judging will be conducted by private ear number. 9. Exhibitors will be responsible for carrying their own rabbits to and from the judging table. 10. The LERCBA Club and New York State Fair will not be responsible in case of fire, theft, accident or providential destruction, however, precautions will be taken to reduce these risks. 11. There will be no smoking permitted in any building on the fairgrounds property. 12. Dogs are NOT permitted on the fairgrounds during any time. 13. Children must be supervised at all times. 5 P age

6 14. No exhibitor or spectator will be permitted behind the show tables while judging is being conducted, without prior approval of the Superintendent and Show Secretary and Judge. 15. The showroom will be open at 6 AM on Sunday. 16. Judging will start promptly at 9AM. 17. Exhibitors must pick up check-in sheets and verify entry prior to the show Sunday. 18. NO CHANGES DONE AT JUDGES TABLE unless approved by show secretary. 19. All carriers and travel cages should have leak proof bottoms. 20. Grooming tables, chairs, and blowers WILL be allowed in the showroom pending space. 21. ABSOLUTELY NO dogs, cats, or animals other than rabbits will be allowed in the showroom. 22. Anyone causing a disturbance or trying to intimidate a judge or show personnel will be asked to leave and their entry fee will be forfeited. 23. All animals must be removed from the showroom by 6PM Sunday April 29 th. 24. Checks are to be made out to LERCBA. 25. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee the first and second time they are deposited. 26. All show reports will be sent to exhibitor via (when applicable). 27.
