Baseline Rd, Rupert, ID Exit either of the two i-84 exits to Rupert and follow the signs toward town. From the east exit: Turn left into the fairgrounds just prior to the canal. From the west exit: proceed to and through Rupert, immediately after the canal east of town turn right into the fairgrounds. The show Building is the last of three green metal buildings with entrances front and rear. Do not leave your vehicles parked on the road in front of the building, in back of the building blocking the overhead door or beside the building in the back. These are fire lanes and must be kept clear. Once you have unloaded your animals please park your vehicles in the designated parking areas. Please set up your animals in the smallest possible space to avoid congestion in the showroom. Leave aisles to make getting to the show tables as easy as possible. Building will be open on Friday, May 6 th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for set up. Please feel free to volunteer to help set up the show. Show Schedule: Saturday: 7:30am fairgrounds building opens Check your pre entries to make sure they are correct. Day of show entries will be taken. 8:45am entries closed No late entries unless prior arrangements made with show secretaries SHOWS WILL BEGIN AT 9:00 A.M. SHARP! PLEASE BE PREPARED.

3 Show Rules 1. This show is held in strict accordance with the latest and revised Official Show Rules of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc. 2. All rabbits must be permanently marked in the left ear prior to showing. An ARBA licensed registrar will be available for ARBA registrations. 3. Exhibitors are responsible to make sure their rabbits are taken to the judging area when called. 4. Awards must be picked up the day of the show. Legs are mailed within 30 days of the show. 5. All animals must be healthy and in proper-size transport cages to ensure rabbits well-being. 6. Parents - children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. 7. The club and/or its officers are not liable for any injury or damage in connection with the show. 8. Exhibitors must clean their area when leaving. 9. Youth may not enter the same animal in both open and youth, but they may enter different animals in open and in youth. 10. Any issue arising that cannot be resolved by reference to above rules shall be decided by official show committee, decision will be final. 11. No dogs or other animals allowed in the show room without prior consent of the show committee. MVRBA will not be responsible for any damages or injuries that they might incur. There will be a raffle table for MVRBA. PCF & UCBA will also be holding a raffle in the Antique Building. Please feel free to donate items. Raffle proceeds help offset Breed Sanctions.
