2 SHOW RULES This show will be governed by the latest rule and Standards of Perfection of the American Rabbit Breeders Association. Your entry indicated acceptance of these rules. 1. Carrying cages MUST HAVE SOLID BOTTOMS. 2. No entries will be accepted the day of the show. 3. All rabbits will be given a coop number which is to be placed in the right ear in black ink only. 4. All cavies must be properly ear marked in a manner acceptable to the A.R.B.A. 5. All rabbits must be tattooed in the left ear with a legible and permanent identification. 6. Any animal showing signs of disease will be returned to the owner and excluded from the show. 7. This association will not be responsible for loss or injury, however every precaution will be taken to guard against it. 8. No advertising will be permitted on or near cages until judging has been completed. 9. This association reserves the right to substitute judges or add judges if necessary for the good of the show. 10. This association will guarantee the payment of all association awards, but cannot do so for these offered by individuals. 11. No breeding will be allowed in the show room without permission of the owners, and in the presence of the show superintendent. 12. Any additional specials will be posted the day of the show. 13. The judges decision will be final except in cases of absolute fraud. Protest, if any must be made to the show superintendent during or within 2 hours after the judging has bee completed, and must be accompanied by a fee of $25.00 which will be returned if the protest is sustained. 14. No substitutes may be make except in the same class and variety. 15. This club reserves the right to add to, or amend these rules. 16. NOTICE: Please send remittance with your entry. All entries sent will have to be paid regardless of the individual showing, or not showing up for the show. No refunds will be made on scratched rabbits or cavies. In cases where the entry is made and the entries are not received the entry fee will not be refunded, nor will the entry fee be refunded if the exhibitor leaves the show before the judging. 17. Vendors may set up at the show for a fee of $15.00, or a donation to the club raffle. 18. All exhibitors including youth must carry and groom their own rabbits and cavies. Exceptions can be allowed if first approved by the show superintendent. NOTE: This is a box show. This club wishes all exhibitors would please use self-contained type carrying cases. We would like to use this building another year, let s all do our part. Please keep children under control, and help us to keep the showroom clean. This show is open to the public as an exhibition between the hours of A.M. and 4.00 P.M. the day of the show. Please have your animals registered after the animal has been judged. ATTENTION!!!
