4 Dear Friends and members, I have the greatest pleasure of enclosing the 2016 Summer Show schedule. Once again our talented show team have put together a schedule that will test, amuse and enchant all members of the family. We have many of the old favourite classes but we have some new ones too. This year as I expect you may have guessed the show theme will be all about our Patron s birthday and we ask you to join in the fun of entering the competition classes as a personal way of expressing congratulations in your own creative way. Last year I had the pleasure and honour of personally presenting Her Majesty with the winning table display from the flower club floral display class but I also took photos of the stand out entries from all the classes. Enter this year and perhaps your birthday display, cake or craft will be personally admired by Her Majesty! Last year we concentrated on getting visitors to the Show and this resulted in the best attended and enjoyable show in recent years. This year we are focusing on getting more people to enter the competitive classes. So whether you are a past master, a give it a go newbie or a 5 year old answer to Mary Berry join us and many local Windsorians in having fun. Remember any age or ability can get involved and you do not need to be a member to enter! Here is to a wonderful 2016 good luck! Andrew Try Chairman Contact: rwrhs@comxo.com or phone
