2 The following are the details of the Children s classes which will enable you to get planning ready for the entries to be prepared. Please submit forms no later than Wednesday 5 February [Pet entries 8 February] DIVISION F - CHILDREN * Entries should be the child s own work with adult supervision only where necessary. No kits are to be used in constructing the exhibits. Help may be given with the use of the oven, hob, sharp scissors etc. Under 5 years old 1. A drawing or painting of my family on holiday, maximum size 30cm x 25cm. 5 years to 9 years old inclusive 2. Build a castle using recycled materials, maximum size 50cm x 50cm. 3. Make a model from Lego theme is Winter Olympics. 4. Make and decorate 3 chocolate brownies. 5. Paint a view from your window. 6. Write a humorous poem. 10 years and over 7. Make a paper mache hot air balloon. 8. Make a model from Lego theme is Brazil World Cup 9. Make 3 flapjacks 10. Make and decorate 3 cupcakes 11. Each entry must be made on the entry form on page 12 please. 2. Entry to the JUDGING must be by the BACK DOOR of the stage then to the SHOW by the Front Door without animals. 3. Exhibitors must arrive by 2.30 sharp 4. One pet only per exhibitor. No fancy dress ribbons or trimmings 5. ONLY THE EXHIBITOR with PET IN THE JUDGING AREA 6. All pets must remain in the stage area, and must NEVER be left alone 7. Exhibitors must be responsible for the cleanliness of their charge and for any damaged caused. 8. Pets must have been in the care of the exhibitor for not less than three months, or have been bred by the exhibitor. 9. The stewards will take every reasonable care to ensure that sick or unsuitable animals are not exhibited; this does not alter the condition that exhibitor and pet enter entirely at their own risk. 10. Please note that under no circumstances can any pet be allowed in the Main Hall area 5

SUBSCRIPTION FORM Volunteers collect our subscriptions each year. To save them work, you can help us by paying at the Winter Show or at the VPA Store. Otherwise our collectors will call in April when the better weather has arrived.
