Academics FREDI has been going to school for a total of 15 years, including primary school which he graduated in After finishing business school in 1996, FREDI started pursuing his passion for food and has been working his way up in the kitchen in the restaurant business and is currently working as a head chef. His goal for the future is to keep working hard and become an even better chef than he is today. FREDI s former jobs include being a dish washer, supermarket assistant and a newpaper boy. FREDI has also volunteered working with children. His native language is Danish and he also speaks English, German and a little Spanish. He has not served in the military. Describe your strong sides: I am a caring and loving person, trustful and faithful. Describe your weak sides: Too helpful for everybody. What is your marital status? Single. Do you have any children? Yes, a son. He is 12 years old, 157 cm, weighs 43 kilo and has blond straight hair and blue eyes. He is very kind, friendly, loving and caring as a person and he likes his friends which are both boys and girls. He likes to see and do sports, likes to cook and become a head chef like his dad. I don t think he has strong or weak sides, he is just a normal happy boy that likes to have good time. He is in very good condition and have no medical conditions. Which types of sport do you play or have played? Soccer, tennis, golf. How many hours of sleep do you get on an average night? 8 hours. Do you eat healthy? Always. Do you smoke? No. Do you ride a bicycle? Often. How much alcohol do you drink on average per week? I try not to drink alcohol. Religion: Christian. Describe the best holiday you have had: When I went to Thailand with my family. So friendly culture and people there. I had my son with me, we were so happy to be there.
