We feel this is our best offering to date, and have worked extensively to bring not only our best, but some of the best from various herds from across the country. Each year since the start of Simple Choices we have set out to bring you some of the best, this year without a doubt is just that. After a successful show season that saw numerous winners at both the National and Regional, and local levels we took a step back and looked at our program, and asked where are we and where do we want to be. Often times we do this but seldom do we act on it. I took some of the comments to heart after the Junior National Show in Grand Island. I feel if you take some of those comments from the judge out of context he was just telling us to Build a Better Boat at times. Miss Maren Easier said than done but it got the wheels turning. Together we can and will create the perfect cattle! We are putting forth the heart of our program in the Herefords and Angus, while having a bit of a Shorthorn Jump Start of our own. We feel by offering what is our best to fellow breeders we can continue to grow through helping in any way possible. Having new relationships through some of the most sought after genetics will only allow us to grow, and help our coustomers acheive what they want out of their programs as well. There is some special stuff in this catalog, I know you ll agree. Each year we take the time to thank everyone involved with the program. What a crew it is at times! Jeff, Darla, and Kane continue to have major success, congrats to them and their Simple Choices purchases. Notably the two-time Show of the Year, Blue the Roo! And of course thanks to Logan and his wife Jen and son Beckett. They continue to ride for KOLT everyday. PAYMENT TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash or check made payable to Aegerter Marketing Services, Inc., immediately following the sale and before the cattle are removed from the premises. Purchasers of their representatives must sign the bill of sale prior to leaving the sale. BILLED ACCOUNTS: All billed accounts are due and expected within 10 days of the sale date. At 10 days, a two percent service charge will be added to the unpaid balance and an additional two percent will be added every 30 days thereafter. LIABILITY: Each animals will be at the buyer s risk as soon as sold, but will be cared for by the seller of a reasonable amount of time. Neither the owner, employees, auctineer, sale manager or other affiliated personnel can be responsible for any accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending. BREEDING GUARANTEE: We guarantee all livestock sold as sound breeders. However, if we feel that a heifer has been fed to an extreme level of obesity for the show ring, we hold the feeder responsible for any reproductive problems and no longer feel responsible to guarantee that individual animal. In the rare case that this should occur, KOLT Cattle will still try and help you through two breeding seasons. EMBRYOS: KOLT Cattle Co will guarantee one pregnancy on each package of embryos selling if implanted by a certified technician. FLUSHES & DNA: KOLT Cattle Co. and Aegerter Cattle Company reserve one flush of eight or more grade 1 or 2 embryos at our expense on all females selling. KOLT Cattle Co. also retains at our expense the opportunity to obtain a DNA cell line for cloning purposes on all cattle selling in this sale.
