1 All greyhounds adopted from GAP are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, and health checked. During the foster process, they quickly and easily make the transition from being a racing animal to pet. Due to the stringent nature of the GAP assessment processes, the Victorian government legislates that greyhounds successfully passing through GAP do not have to be muzzled in public. The following greyhounds are all best suited to children 6 yrs. and over and don t need the company of another dog. (PURPLE GROUP) Please note: There are no cat tolerant greyhounds available today. The greyhounds in attendance today will go to the first suitable family. Abbs Age: 3 years old (whelped 10 Jul 2014) Racing Name: GORDYN ABBS Microchip: Abbs is just Abbs-olutely fabbs! He is an energetic, toy loving pooch, who can wait to start his collection of toys in his new home. Abbs is fun loving, affectionate and a real joy to have around. Abbs can be a little strong on lead, but settles down quickly once he's energy calms. Abbs would love another fun pooch to play with, but wouldn't mind being the only crazy canine in your home. Abbs may be happy living with children 10 years and over, who also love to play but wont get knocked over while doing so. Annie Age: 2 years old (whelped 31 Mar 2016) Microchip: Annie can be a little shy to start with, but don't worry, it wont take long for her to warm up to you. Once she does, you will find her to be very sweet and affectionate. Annie loves to run and play and do zoomies around you. She has the typical run that greyhound are known for, where their front legs can't quite keep up with their back legs. Annie would love another dog in her home to show her the ropes, but would be happy to sort it out on her own, given the time. Annie has been out with one of our fantastic foster carers, who have started teaching her some things, but she still needs a little touch up here and there, as she is still an excitable and silly young pup. Katie may be happy living with older children, who don't mind a slow, shy start and a goofy playful pooch. Bennet Age: 2 years old (whelped 26 Nov 2015) Microchip: Bennet is back from his stay in a foster home! What a beauty he is, he does take a little bit of time to get comfortable in his surroundings, but once he has, he is all over you wanting as much love as he can. He LOVES toys and would play fetch all day long, brushes and cuddles are also his fav. Due to being a quiet boy, he is looking for a home with no children, Bennet thinks he should be fine living in a home with or without another canine buddy. Page 1 of 12

2 Bill Age: 3 years old (whelped 18 Aug 2014) Racing Name: AMARI Microchip: Big boy Bill has his bags packed and is ready to settle in, to his new home. Bill needs regular dental care as he had periodontal disease, his teeth were cleaned and scaled at the time of his desexing. We provide you with lots of tips to help you manage this easily by providing some dental care each week. Bill is big, but doesn't like to push his weight around. He is soft- hearted, gentle and an absolute dream to walk on lead. Bill is the type of dog that would fit almost any family type. He is independent enough, that he would be happy to be the only doggie in your home. But also quite social, so wouldn't mind the company of another four legged fellow. Bill is affectionate and sometimes will even jump up for a cuddle. Bill may be happy living with children in his home, that don't mind a big gentle giant. He is a sweet boy who can be a little overwhelmed at times and is looking for a home that can show him all the wonders of the world, step by step. Bow thinks he should be fine in a home with or without another canine buddy and kids over the age of 10 years old. Bowser Age: 5 years old (whelped 10 May 2013) Racing Name: FEAR HELVETIA Microchip: Big boy Bowser is back from his foster care holiday and is ready to take on the world. Bowser is HUGELY affectionate and just LOVES people. Bowser is also quite goofy and can be a little silly at times, so would prefer a home with older children rather than littlies. Bowser can be a little strong on lead, but is very responsive and wont take long to train, as he is just so eager to please. Bowser is looking for a fun loving home, where he can get lots of exercise and lots of cuddle time. Bowser would love another robust doggie playmate, but wouldn't mind just having you to play with. Butch Age: 5 years old (whelped 23 Jan 2013) Racing Name: OAKMONT BOOMER Microchip: Butch is described by this foster carer as a happy-go-lucky dog who can be goofy and affectionate. He has lived in a home as an only dog and enjoyed hanging out by himself during the day. Butch can be VERY excited to make new doggy friends and will be looking for an owner who will work in his dog-to-dog manners as he doesn't quite understand the appropriate and accepted way of meeting others. Craig is a softie and loves to snuggle, due to his love of serenity he is looking for a home with no children. Living with or without another softie canine buddy should be fine with this teddy-bear. Fabio Age: 2 years old (whelped 11 Sep 2015) Racing Name: HE'S A FABIO Microchip: Fabio could be our next up and coming male model. He dreams of romance and meeting his new mate, and can't wait. Fabio is very affectionate and playful. He loves toys but would prefer to be showered in love. Fabio can be a little pushy at times and can be a little strong on lead, but he wont take long to train as he is just so eager to please. Fabio may enjoy living with another playful pooch, but wouldn't mind be the center of attention in a single dog household. Fabio has been around kids in the past, so wouldn't mind having children 10 years and over around, that don't mind a love shower. Gale Age: 3 years old (whelped 09 May 2015) Racing Name: ERUDITE Microchip: Gale is back from foster and ready to win hearts. Gale is like a wind up toy- she is calm and quiet, but wind her up and she runs in circles and hoons around. Gale is a very affectionate pooch, who loves to play and be silly. Gale is a goofy, high energy girl, who would love another robust playmate to keep her company while you are not around. 4 Garry Age: 4 years old (whelped 10 Mar 2014) Racing Name: BELRON GAZ Microchip: Gorgeous Garry is back from foster and ready to show you what he has learned. Gary is almost fully toilet trained, a dream to walk on lead, and almost heals. Gary is a quiet pooch, who dreams of days in the sun or inside with the heater and you. Garry is very affectionate, but not over the top. Garry can be a little silly when playing, so would prefer a larger or robust playmate, if any, to have in his new home. Garry may also be suited to a home with children 10 years and over. George Age: 3 years old (whelped 02 Apr 2015) Microchip: George of GAP is looking for his jungle to play in! He is such a funny monkey who loves to play and run around like a great ape. He is looking for a home that can teach him doggy manners and take him to obedience classes, he would just love the social aspect of this let alone learning new tricks. Kenny is back from his stay in a foster home and ready to find his very own family. Kenny has a zest for life and a big personality, he is looking for a family who will continue educating him and encouraging him to calm his inner puppy. Don't let her age fool you, she still thinks she is a puppy and loves living life to the max. Her favorite thing to do in the whole world is swim, she thinks being a mermaid is the ultimate. Little Girl Age: 2 years old (whelped 31 Dec 2015) Racing Name: LITTLE GIRL Microchip: Could you be the pawfect family for this "Little Girl"? She is a very quiet girl who is looking for a super relaxed home where she can learn all about home-life. Little Girl is like a flower waiting to bloom, with some tender loving care she will blossom into the beautiful flower she was destined to be. She has the softest personality one could ask for and an endless supply of cuddles to give. She is a dream to walk on lead and thinks having a fluffy pink bed would be the ultimate treasure. 7 Magnum Age: 6 years old (whelped 03 Apr 2012) Racing Name: MAGNUM OASIS Microchip: Magnum is such a cool dude! He is a dog who LOVES squeaky toys! He will go bonkers for toys. He hopes his forever home will spoil him with all the squeaky goodness his heart desires. Because of his love of toys, Magnum is looking for a home with kids over 10 as he might knock younger ones over. Magnum may be happy to live in a home with full time workers. She walks well on lead and thinks she would be a superstar at dog obedience if her new family enrolled her. This spunk is super hilarious with a dash of pizzazz. He is all types of goofy and has little to no coordination. Romeo is looking for a home that will take him to obedience training and guide him through the steps of becoming the ultimate fur-kid. 10 Ryder Age: 2 years old (whelped 27 Dec 2015) Racing Name: RAM RIDER Microchip: Ryder's ears say it all. He wants to go this way, no he want's to go that way, he might even go both ways at once. Ryder is a fun loving, young at heart kind of guy. He LOVES to play and be silly, but does calm down. Ryder still has a lot to learn though, and is looking for an patient owner, who is willing to put the hard yards in. In return Ryder will fill your days with affection, someone to laugh at and play with. This fun guy is looking for active home, where he will get plenty of exercise and loads of play time. Ryder may be happy to live with or without a medium to large, robust playmate, as he can be a little over the top when he plays. Shane Age: 3 years old (whelped 03 Dec 2014) Racing Name: AVATAR WARNIE Microchip: Shane is back from his stay in a foster home! Just as his face expresses, Shane is such a character and kept his foster family thoroughly entertained. Sometimes when he does not want to eat all of his food he will cover it with dirt, or sometimes his toys. He loves anything that goes "squeak" and thinks he would love a big backyard to play around in. 11 Taco Age: 2 years old (whelped 12 Mar 2016) Microchip: Don't let this calm looking photo fool you. Taco is very playful and LOVES toys. This excitable pooch is very affectionate and loves hooning around with you. Taco can be quite energetic, but calms on lead and is a dream to walk. Taco's motto is to live everyday like it's Taco Tuesday. And she certainly does. Taco would love another playful pooch in her home, but wouldn't mind lapping up the fun as a single dog also. Taco may also be suited to living with children 10 years and over, who also love to run around and be silly. Tigger Age: 2 years old (whelped 26 Feb 2016) Racing Name: RAW BRILLIANCE Microchip: The wonderful thing about Tiggers, is Tiggers are wonderful things! Their tops are made out of rubber, their bottoms are made out of springs! They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! But the most wonderful thing about Tiggers is he's the only one. Tigger is on happy boy and cannot wait to meet his new peoples, he is a social boy who will always stop to say 'hi' to everyone he meets. Tori Age: 2 years old (whelped 27 Dec 2015) Racing Name: LITTLE MISS TORI Microchip: Little miss Tori is a fun loving, playful and affectionate pooch. She loves toys and can't wait to have a collection of her very own. Tori is the type of dog who thinks age is just a number and maturity is an option, which she has decided not to take just yet. Tori can be quite silly at times and does need some training, to turn her in to the ideal canine companion, that we all know she can be. Tori LOVES to play and would love a robust larger playmate in her new home, but thinks play dates would be just as fun. Tori may also enjoy children in her home that don't mind her silliness. Zac Age: 2 years old (whelped 20 Mar 2016) Racing Name: ZACHARY SMITH Microchip: Zac is a sweet boy with a happy, friendly nature.
