Accident & Emergency: Ipswich Hospital Post Code Heath Road, Ipswich IP4 5PD Colchester Hospital Post Code Turner Road, Colchester CO4 5JL CAMPING: Please keep within the marked camping pitches, leaving the roadways clear. You must camp your tow hitch on the numbered cone. If you could please return your camping marker flags and cone back to the secretary tent it would be appreciated. Please be considerate to your neighbours and if you have a generator please do not have it on between the hours of 21.00hrs and 08.00hrs. The main gate will be locked from 21.00hrs the code for this will be on your running card. MB CATERING will be available throughout the weekend. Please dispose of all your waste rubbish in the large bins provided. BBQ s In view of the prolonged and extreme heat, NO BBQ s will be permitted. Fire Equipment all camping units must have means of extinguishing a fire in the form of either an extinguisher or bucket of water, there will be fire points on the venue. There is a risk to the farm animals from fire and also from dropped cigarette ends, PLEASE DISPOSE OF YOUR CIGARETTE WASTE IN THE RUBBISH BINS and not on the ground. Portable Toilets will be available on site, please respect them and please advise the show secretary if the toilet s needs more toilet rolls Chemical Toilet Waste. There will be a container for the emptying of toilets Water Points are at the left hand entrance to the rings and on the Right Hand of the field along the hedge line and will also be signposted. DO NOT USE THE HOSE PIPE TO RINSE OUT YOUR CHEMICAL WASTE TOILET, serious life threatening infections can be the results. Please use an alternative water collection vessel that could be used to rinse your chemical waste toilet. There is a mandatory 5mph speed limit on the venue. For those of you who find it difficult to judge it is walking pace.

6 Exercising your Dog Dogs should be on a lead at all times, except in the designated exercise area. Please pick up your dog waste and put it in the skips provided. If you happen to see dog waste that someone else has missed we would be grateful if you would also dispose of that. It is so easy with so many people with multiply dogs that sometimes they do get missed, especially in the dark. It is the dog s owner responsibility for their dog s behaviour, but we also have a collective responsibility to look after the venue and accidents do happen. No throwing of toys in the exercise area, with multiply dogs off lead accidents can happen. Local Amenities The nearest town is Colchester and Ipswich, which both are about 1015 minutes along the A12. The Nearest Tesco is at Ipswich Copdock, take the A12 towards Ipswich, at the Copdock roundabout go straight across towards Ipswich and take the first exit on the left, and Tesco it on the right hand side. There is also a local pub serving food in Stratford St Mary. Please ask the secretary for directions if necessary. Help on the Rings Like most shows, we are a small club and without the help from the competitors the rings would not run smoothly. If you have a few minutes to spare we would be grateful if you would offer some help on a ring, all help on the rings will allow members of the ring party to go and run their dogs, or even just have a toilet break!. For those who have volunteered to help all day, a lunch voucher will be available to be redeemed at MB CATERING. All other offers of help, snacks and refreshments will be provided in the ring box throughout the day. Dogs in Vehicles Make sure your dogs have shade, ventilation and fresh water at all times. If any dogs are found to be at risk we may break into your vehicle to relieve them. Start time All rings will start at 08.hrs, please made sure that if you are in the first 20 you are ready with your dog to start. And finally remember to be kind to your dogs, other competitors and the ring party. Agility is a fun sport for all.
