3 JUMPING CLASS RULES Class 1 Steeplechase K.C jumping heights; allsorts can run at small or medium height. Flowing jumping course NO WEAVES Usual scoring will apply. Class 2 Tunnel Teaser The course consists of Rigid Tunnels, 5 faults every time the dog takes the wrong tunnel!!. AGILITY CLASS RULES Class 3 TOUCH & GO The course consists of contacts and tunnels only.it will be scored on faults, so the dog with the fewest faults will win. Time is therefore the tie breaker. No eliminations Taking the wrong obstacle 10 faults Missed contact & refusals 5 faults Class 4 POWER & SPEED K.C jumping heights; Allsorts can run at small or medium height Usual scoring on both parts. 1st part of the course (POWER) will consist of contacts and long jump, this part will not be timed. 2 nd part (SPEED) will consist of jumps and tunnels this part will be timed. 5 SUNDAY CLASS RULES JUMPING CLASS RULES Class 5 Helter Skelter K.C heights, allsorts can run at small or medium height, fast running jumping course consisting of jumps only, Starting in the middle and working your way in left hand circle as a helter skelter to the finish. Usual scoring Class 6 Jumping K.C heights alsorts can run at small or medium height. Jumping course with jumps, and tunnels. NO WEAVES Usual Scoring AGILITY CLASS RULES Class 7 Contact Donut Dog and handler start in the middle of the ring, dog on the low table, either in a down or sit, time starts as soon as dogs front paws touch ground, you then proceed around the course in a circle consisting of contacts and tunnels, then back on table, time stops as soon as dog is in down on table. Usual scoring on equipment. Class 8 Egg N Spoon Pairs Dogs and handlers will run a simple agility course, jumps will be small height; handler will carry an egg and spoon around course, and pass it to second handler, you and your dogs, must be in the box during change over. Usual scoring, plus 5 faults every time handler drops the egg.

6 SATURDAY KINGSTONE S RALLY-O TYPE OBEDIENCE Judge Kathy Williams Start 11am In The Ring By The Club House Entry Fee 2.50 per Class Pay On The Day Class 1. Class 2. Puppy (up to 10 months.) Beginners (not to have been placed 1 st or 2nd in any Obedience ) Class 3. Let s Have A Go. (Open to all) Class 4.. Now Harder (open to all) Trophy For 1 st Place Rosettes to 6 th Place The Rules This is based on RALLY-O Kingstone Style We have split the classes into 4 to give all levels a fair chance. You enter the ring individually and follow a set course, from marker 1 to marker 10 with your dog in the heel position. At each marker you will find an obedience command which you must carry out. For example. Start at marker 1 with your dog in the sit, proceed to marker 2 where you will find your next command, it may say halt, put your dog in the sit wait 5 seconds and then you carry on to marker 3 where you will find your next command, it may say take 3 steps to the right put your dog in the down walk round your dog and carry on to marker 4 and so on. You will be able to walk the course before you start so you will know what to expect, the commands will take into account the level of your dogs ability. The Judge will mark you during the whole time you are in the ring It s FUN so do try it

Best small & medium size Dog or Bitch Class 9. Best large size Dog or Bitch Class 10. The Dog The Judge Would Most Like To Take Home Class 11. For Any Dog That Hasn t Won A Rosette Today, Everyone will receive a rosette. Class 12 KINGSTONE S CHAMPION DOG For All 1 st placed dogs To find Kingstone s 2017 Champion. Winner of this class will receive Rosette & Trophy

8 SHOW RULES 1. Entries limited to 100 dogs per day 2. Entry fees 3.00 per class or 11 per dog per day for all 4 runs Entry fees on the day 3.00 per class. 3. The venue is a public sports field so please take care of your property, and also please be extra careful with your dogs; local children may be on site, please keep dogs on lead except in exercise areas. 4. Please pick up after your dogs 5. All dogs/handlers entered at owners/handlers own risk 6. Dogs entered for agility classes must be over 16 months of age. 7. Please enjoy yourself and have fun. CAMPING Camping is limited, the camping fee is 15 per unit for the weekend. There are toilets and showers in the club house which will be available all weekend, also elsan facilities. Refreshments will be available Saturday & Sunday (Locks Garage is 2.5 miles away, caters for groceries, newspapers etc, post office/stores and pub in the village all shown on map.) Directions To Show Ground Leave Hereford on the A465 (Abergavenny Rd) Just past Belmont Abbey turn right to Hay on Wye on the (B4348). After about 2 miles take left fork on the B4349 to Kingstone. Continue for about 1.5 miles turn left to Kingstone, Venue approx ¼ mile on right. From South West turn left on to the B4348, at Locks garage on to the B4348 (to Hay on Wye) continue approx 2.5 miles, then turn right at Bull Ring pub, venue approx ½ mile on left.
