CONCESSION STAND The R s N R s Concession stand will be open during the trial for lunch, drinks and snacks this year! I believe it will be right out the back door from the crating area. The judging schedule will be with the listing for the club under Upcoming Events NOVICE AND OPEN COMPETITORS If you have any questions or need help with anything please come to the score table and someone there will be happy to help you. If this confirmation is confusing to you and you need some further explanation maggie@lyndatjarksagility.com or call and Maggie will help you make sense of it. MOVE-UPS All pre-show move ups must be received by 6pm, Monday May 21st. The AKC requires move-ups to be in writing. You may send an for a move-up to maggie@lyndatjarksagility.com with your name, your dogs call name, the name & date of the trial and what class you want the dog to be moved to If you miss the deadline for move-ups, you may move your dog up the first day of the show for any subsequent days even if you are not showing a dog that day. In addition a friend may do the moveup for you if you are not there. However you may not move up the day of the show for that day. There will be day-to-day move-ups at the show provided the Trial Secretary receives them within 15 minutes after the end of the last class. There will be no move-ups in the morning before the start of the trial. DIRECTIONS to the L.A. Fairplex, 1101 McKinley Ave, Pomona 91768: WE ARE IN BARN 9A, BE SURE AND ENTER AT GATE 12 OFF OF WHITE AVE. From I-15 South or Westbound 210: South to Foothill Freeway (210). Go west and exit at Fruit St. (in La Verne). Turn left on Fruit Street and proceed south. Fruit Street turns into White Ave. Follow directional signs to Fairplex. Gate 12 is on your right From I-15 North or Westbound I-10: West on San Bernardino Freeway (10) to city of Pomona. Exit at Garey Avenue. Turn left and go underneath freeway to McKinley Avenue and turn right. Continue on McKinley to White, Turn right on White, gate 12 is on left. From Eastbound San Bernardino Freeway (10): Exit at White Avenue and turn left; proceed to gate 12. From 210 Eastbound: Exit at Fruit St. (in La Verne.) Turn right on Fruit Street and proceed south. Fruit Street turns into White Ave. Follow directional signs to Fairplex. Gate 12 is on your right (south of Arrow Hwy.) SET-UP/SECURITY: Set-up starts on Wed May 23 at :3:30pm. There will not be a security guard on site at night. It is a large, open area; leave things at your own risk. PARKING: The Fairplex will be allowing us to park near the barn. The Fairplex is charging $10.00 per day parking PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: WHEN YOU GET TO THE BARN YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO A PARKING SPACE YOU WILL PARK THERE YOU WILL UNLOAD FROM YOUR PARKING SPACE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STOP AND UNLOAD ANYWHERE ELSE BEFORE YOU PARK, NO EXCEPTIONS

2 RV PARKING - Check in with Maggie when you arrive to be directed to your spot! There are no hook-ups at this show. Dry camping only. There are showers in the restrooms for your use. You will not be allowed to park during the trial hours plan on arriving after 4 PM or before 7 AM. You can call me on your way in as long as it s before 9pm. We will show you where to park. If you arrive later, park in the area but please know you will be moved in the morning HANDICAPPED PARKING: We have parking for people who are handicapped. If you need handicapped parking please contact us at maggie@lyndatjarksagility.com and we will reserve a spot for you. CONFORMATION AND OBEDIENCE CONFLICTS: We will do everything we can to accommodate people competing in different venues. If you have a conflict because you are showing in conformation or obedience, you must go to the gate steward and mark a C by your name so they know it is a conflict and not an absence and they can talk to the judge and approve that you can walk and run in a different jump height. Note that it is the judge's choice to allow running order changes. Please talk to the gate steward to ask to be considered for accommodations. Usually the judge(s) will grant these changes, however we cannot guarantee it. Once a class is finished and the course is changed it is too late, we cannot hold a ring if you are not there before the class finishes. MEASURING: Our Judges Jacqui O Neill and Jan Skurzynski are both Volunteer Measuring Officials for a permanent height card. They will be available to measure before the Excellent Classes, between Excellent and Open and between Open and Novice.
