If an error is made the dog may be disqualified by the Committee of the Kennel Club. A dog must at the time of entry for the competition be registered as required by Kennel Club Rules and Regulations in the owner s name (or else registration or transfer of registration applied for). If the registration or transfer of ownership has not been confirmed it must be applied for before the closing date of entries. If a dog is in the process of Registration or Transfer at the time entry is made, add the letters NAF or TAF as appropriate after its name. In case of dispute proof of postage of such applications may be requested by the Kennel Club. Dogs under18 months of age on the day of competition cannot be entered for competition. WE ARE OFFERING 80 TO ANY GROUP THAT CAN RUN A RING FOR US FOR A FULL DAY, INCLUDING RING MANAGER. AN EXTRA 20 WILL BE PAID IF YOUR RING PARTY DOES NOT HAVE A NAMED SCRIMER. (Lunch and refreshments will still be provided during the day, but not breakfast.) JUDGES There are around 50 judges, mostly with scrimers (plus Lune Valley members) and those with mobility difficulties who need to be considered as top priority. It may only be possible therefore to provide camping for judges and scrimers in the main camping field and we cannot promise to ensure that all judges are close to their rings. If we cannot accommodate all your nominated group in the main camping field, would you prefer to camp NEARER RINGS (with your scrimer) or WITH YOUR GROUP (Please indicate) MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES Do you or anyone accompanying you suffer from significant mobility difficulties? (We are sorry to have to impose this restriction but unfortunately we have had complaints about the excessive and inconsiderate use of generators by some campers. If you have an exceptional need to use a generator for longer (eg health reasons) please indicate below and we will find you a pitch where others should not be affected too much.)
