At about 3:3 this morning she saw a dog in the yard at 58 Woodlane and she thought it was at large. When she went to check more closely she realized the Husky was actually tethered in the yard. She also noticed its left eye was extremely swollen. At this point the male occupant came out of the house and asked her what she was doing. He states the house appears to be dark and he has not seen any activity in the home since 183 HRS yesterday. The caller states the dog has been howling at the door BWK & 1127 GNE dispatched. He stated he brings the dog in right away if he does. Dog likes to be outside. Upon arrival, the dog was not howling. Observed the 12 yo husky attached to a leash laying on the ground with a water bowl. The dog has a growth on its eye and does not appear to be neglected or abused. He was advised of the complaints. The dog was then brought inside.
