CC Sheriffs Office Dispatch stated there is a Sheriff at incident location serving an eviction and needs assistance removing a dog from the residence. Breed was unknown by the dispatcher. Caller is from Emergency hospital. A client came in the night before and the dog had a prolapsed uterus, it was hanging out of the body. The guy did not want to have anything done for the dog. The dog lives outside and he mentioned shooting it. The caller would like someone to check on the dog confined for ACO pickup Caller stated she has a dog confined. This dog has gotten loose from owner before and caller got the dog then also. Found dog owner's information from a previous report and gave it to Officer Buckley confined for ACO pickup s Caller stated she has two stray dogs confined at her apt. No collars on and the owner of the dogs is unknown. Caller is unable to bring the dogs in to us /5 Cat Caller stated every morning while driving to daycare, she sees a white medium sized short haired dog outside in this freezing weather. She is not sure of the duration period that the dog is outside and can't see if there is food, water or shelter. Caller stated neighbor at incident location has moved out and left an orange cat behind. However, someone has been seen stopping by from time to time, caller guesses, to feed the animal. Caller still thinks there is neglect going on and asked for someone to check it out. Owner's name is unknown.

2 3973 Chronic Issue; At Caller stated first off that the dog owner in question is dangerous and has guns at the house. Woman has pulled a gun on caller before when he went down to her house to confront her about letting her dog run at large. Her dog being at large is a frequent problem. Caller stated dog poops and pees on caller's property and today when he asked the woman to keep her dog restrained she stated this is the country and she doesn't have to. Woman was walking down the street with her dog unleashed to the school bus stop. is at large now At At / None or Inadequate At Beagle, male, with a camel/brown collar, has been wandering around, was in caller's yard, caller has females in heat and can't let her dogs out. Caller will try to contain the dog and bring it in tonight but the dog is skittish. If not brought to shelter tonight, caller requests that animal control try to retrieve it tomorrow. Caller stated there is a skinny Pit Bull that keeps wandering up to his yard where his dog is. The dog is currently running towards Route 40. Caller stated neighbors dog was outside last night from 10:00 P.M. to 3:00 A.M. in the cold barking and there is only a small shelter for the dog. Caller felt the shelter is inadequate. Caller stated there is a stray dog that was just under his deck but is now on his street. Caller sees the dog from time to time at large but does not know who the owner of the dog is. Caller is afraid to bring dog in since she doesn't know how it will react in a vehicle. Caller stated that there has been a stray dog, a tan and white Boxer X, running around for a few days. Caller stated that her neighbors have put up a for sale sign to sell house. She stated over the weekend, starting Friday night, that the dog, a Pit Bull, was in a crate in the back yard with no shelter. And she stated that he is back out there again when she left for work at 630 am. 2/ /9 Tethering Violation Caller stated there is a German Shepherd puppy tied up out back at incident location. There is no food or water. The dog is shaking and looks malnourished. 2/ /7 At s Caller stated that two dogs, a black German Shepherd and a white one, run loose on his property, bark at his wife and child and makes his dogs crazy. His dogs are fenced in. Today he caught one of the dogs and wants ACO to pick up, dog owner is known. 2/5 2/ / / /9 Tethering Violation confined for ACO pickup Cat Caller stated a dog, a Husky X, is left outside 24/7. 6 2/9 2/ / /9 At s Caller stated their is dog abuse/dog fighting going on. There are about 4-10 dogs tied up in the woods behind a trailer. They have no shelter. The guy trains them to fight. Elkton PD (EPD) 2/11 Other 2/ /12 At Caller stated neighbor's dog, a medium sized black dog with brown legs, runs loose all the time, always in their trash, on their property, etc. 2/ /12 Other Pig Pig at large 2/12 2/12 2/ / / /13 At ; Tethering Violation Cat Caller stated there is a stray Beagle in her driveway. This is a continuous problem. Caller stated that a client of theirs is a cat hoarder and neglects his cats. They have a cat at their business right now that is severely matted and at death's door. They feel the cat is neglected., tan and white, tied out with no shelter or food.

7 2/ /13 Caller stated there is a black lab with inadequate shelter, kept in a "cage" 24/7 and cries constantly. Not sure of bedding, food, water. Caller is afraid of the neighbor, thinks he'll be threatening if he knows the caller reported this. 2/ /13 At Caller stated there is a GSD that has been roaming the neighborhood for a few days but she does not see the dog right now. 2/13 2/ / /13 At At Caller stated there is a Husky running at large. It has been hanging around him for about 20 mins Caller stated there is a dog, a Pit Bull/Boxer X, that is always loose and he has to run him off from his yard. The dog is not currently in his yard because he chased it away. He does not know where the dog lives. 2/13 2/13 2/ /13 confined for ACO pickup / /13 At s Caller stated a citizen brought in a stray dog, a Poodle/Bichon X, that he found to caller's clinic. It is confined for pick up. Beagle that was picked up from area yesterday and returned to its owner is at caller's address now. Is at their front door and growling. Three dogs chained outside all sharing one dog house, no straw, very run down. 2/ /14 Cat Issue Cat Caller stated that an outside cat she has been feeding for over a month has become aggressive. Three days ago while she was giving it food, the cat scratched her leg. She is concerned because it is being aggressive. 2/16 2/ / /16 Chronic Issue; At s / None or Inadequate Caller stated that neighbor's two Pit Bulls are allowed to run loose frequently, usually in the evening. Caller is concerned about the safety of his grandchildren and two Chihuahuas. Stated that this neighbor's previous Pit Bull attacked his dog years ago and caller shot the Pit Bull. Caller stated there is a dog he is concerned about that he has called about before. He cannot see the dog at this time because he says the owner moved the dog out of his sight after the last call. He is concerned about the dogs shelter and it being outside in the cold.

8 2/ /18 Cruelty Caller stated that her sister's boyfriend abuses her sister's dog, a Pit Bull/Box X. He has previously kicked the dog. Today the caller witnessed the guy pick the dog up by the scruff and hold him in the air and hit the dog pretty hard repeatedly because the dog peed on the floor. Her sister, her mother, and her sister's children were all witness to the incident. 2/16 2/ / /18 /Vicious Attacking / None or Inadequate Caller stated that a stray dog, a Pit Bull X, was in her drive way when she came home. She tried to talk to the dog and it growled at her. It is currently in her back yard. Caller concerned that a dog, a medium/large dark colored dog, is out 24/7, no straw for dog house visible, sees no food or water bowls. 2/ /15 /Vicious Attacking; At ; Bite Caller's dog was attacked by a neighbor's dog, white with tan spots, who is running loose around the neighborhood, white American bull dog. 2/17 2/ / /18 At Cruelty Caller stated that a dog, a Beagle/Rotti X, keeps coming onto her property when her dogs are outside. It is currently in her yard. Caller stated saw his neighbor kick the neighbor's dog, a brindle Boxer/Pit Bull X, in the head seven times on Caller is very concerned because he has not seen the dog at all today. 2/ /19 confined for ACO pickup Caller has a stray yellow lab confined for pick up. 2/ /18 At s Caller stated that two brindle Pit Bull type dogs were on her porch and when she opened the door they ran into her house. She got them out of the house and they are now running around the neighborhood. The one possible mom dog was growling. 2/ /18 Other Unknown Caller stated their is a gray animal that keeps coming onto her property and terrorizing her cats. She does not know what it is. It is very funny looking, says it is not a wild animal. She does not know where the animal lives. It comes in the evening around 6pm. She had to chase it away three times last night. She is older and ill and cannot be dealing with this.

9 2/18 2/ /18 Injured Cat /20 Black cat was lying on caller's deck, injured. Caller said half the cat's face appears to be "hanging off", caller thinks it could be frost bite. She tried to call to the cat and it went under her deck. Caller stated her neighbor comes home from work around 4:30 pm and chains dog, a tan Boxer, out with no shelter until about 6:30, in snow and rain. On weekends, he is chained out all day with no shelter, all weather conditions and no food/water bowls 2/ /18 ; / None or Inadequate s Caller stated three dogs, Boxers, on property, have small pens, do not appear to have adequate housing, left out 24/7. s are barking as in distress. 2/ /18, Farm Cruelty Horse Caller stated that the horse, a chestnut minihorse, is down and to come down immediately. The caller stated they aren't taking care of the horse. Caller saw a smaller dog but has not seen him for a while, wants to know if he's ok. Caller has a stray cat confined for pick up. It is in rough shape and has something wrong with it's mouth. Caller was visiting a friend last night and could see and hear dogs outside in the extreme cold. They were out for over four hours. Caller could not see any shelter for the dogs. Caller stated there is a stray dog with a wound to it's neck. Looks like a hound, white with spots, has a collar. Caller stated she found two dogs, a Pit Bull and Pug, running at large at the incident location where she resides. She placed the dogs in her car as she already has dogs inside her apartment. She stated the dog were docile. Caller stated she found a dog, a white Husky/Spitz X, walking along Biggs Highway near Chantilly Manor. She picked up the dog and met me at EPD Caller stated there is a Pit Bull running in the store. Caller stated that his daughter abandoned horses, two paint, black and white, and brown and white, and quarter horses, on his property and he wants them off. They are being neglected and he cannot afford to take care of them any longer.

11 2/ /23 Caller stated he goes to Royal Farms before and after work and there is a house behind the store that he always hears a dog barking at. He says the dog is out 24/7 and is concerned about the weather. He cannot see the dog because it is behind the house. 2/15 2/24 2/24 2/ / / / /24, Farm Cruelty At At At Horse Caller stated that the horse, a chestnut minihorse, is down and to come down immediately. The caller stated they aren't taking care of the horse. Family situation. Caller was visiting a relative and while outside was jumped on and snapped at by a loose dog. The dog grabbed a hold of his pants. The owners of the dog let this dog and another run around all the time without leashes. The dog that grabbed him is the pug mix. The other dog that is always running loose is a black pit/lab mix. The owner was also out with another that was on a leash. Caller stated that a neighbor walks her dog without a leash and the dog goes onto his property and uses the bathroom in his yard. He has spoken to the owner and it hasn't gotten him anywhere. It is a small brown dog. Black lab, the caller stated is vicious, at large, blocking kids from getting off of school bus. 2/25 2/25 2/ /25 Patrol Check Patrol check N. Road in St. Augustine. At Caller found a Chihuahua walking alone /25 seemed to be lost and skittish. Confined for ACO to Caller stated they have a stray dog confined /26 pick-up for pick up. It is a tiny dog. 2/26 2/26 2/ / / /26 Confined for ACO to s Caller stated there is a German Shepherd with no food or water. As well as a blind Pomeranian who is very sick. They are in a kennel and it is filled with feces. pick-up Caller has a stray dog confined for pick up Caller stated that there are dogs, Pit Bull/Boxer X's, that live in a kennel and she / None does not see any shelter. She is concerned or Inadequate s about it being so cold.

She stated she had been hearing the dog for about three hours. 2/27 2/ / /28 At Cruelty s Caller stated that three little brown dogs are running loose. Complainant stated there is a dog tied to a pole in the parking of the incident location. is in snow and there is a puddle of water. 2/ /2 s Caller stated there is dog abuse/dog fighting going on. There are about 4-10 dogs tied up in the woods behind a trailer. They have no shelter. The guy trains them to fight. Doesn't feed them for days. 2/ Elkton PD (EPD) 3/23 Other EPD requested assistance at the incident location. AC INCIDENTS REPORTS Confidential Information - Do Not Distribute A Buddy For Life Inc.

13 Complaint Disposition Type Other - eviction was delayed after sheriff's office and animal control were on the scene. Other - when ACO arrived at the owner's property, the dog was not there. Owner/ Guardian Education; Returned to Owner/ Guardian Other - dogs were impounded and taken to shelter, however, caller behaved strangely prompting further investigation that determined the dogs belonged to the caller's husband who later redeemed his dogs., Follow-Up/ Follow-Up Visit Required

14 Left Notice to Comply Other - neighbor identified the dog and agreed to hold it until the owner's came home. Returned to owner.

15 Other - located pigs and owner, owner handling situation.

16 Transport Emergency Medical Treatment Left Notice to Comply Other - EPD already on scene and had talked to dog owner, dog was friendly and in its yard, complaint unfounded. No Violations Were Other - when ACO arrived on scene, officers were informed horses had been reclaimed by their owner.

17 Returned to Owner/ Guardian, Owner/ Guardian Education Other - owner stated that dog is only outside when he is at work, dog is not left outside 24/7.

18 Other - ACO investigation revealed no evidence of dog fighting, only one dog on property. Other - checked on dogs/care condition, Follow-up/ Follow-Up Visit Required ; No One Home/ Resident Would Not Answer Other - pig's owner contacted and owner is picking up pig

24 Other - owner was leaving dogs out to mate, advised owner of complaint and that proper shelter must be provided Other - Upon arriving at the incident location, ACO was informed the tenant had been evicted from the residence, ACO was not contacted to assist with the eviction. No animals were present. A tenant at a different residence had been caring for the dog.
