1 8/1 Type /1 Injured Cat- Dark calico color Caller stated there is an injured cat at incident location. Cat has blood coming out of it's mouth but cat is still alive and just laying there. Owner is unknown. 8/ /1 Neglect All animals in house Caller left information regarding case, power at shelter possibly being shut off. Other - Incident location checked several times, power still on, waiting for further information from caller. 8/ /1 Dog, brown brindle pit mix Caller stated neighbors at incident location let their dog run at large quite frequently. Dog has growled at several people and is at large at this time. 8/ /4 Neglect Dog Caller stated there is a Great Dane puppy (gray) at pet shop. Dog is in a small cage with no bedding. Dog is lying on wire from the cage, and there is no water and it can hardly turn around. Dog also has sores on body. Caller last saw the dog on Friday the 1st in the afternoon and stated she wasn't going to call us but then decided to call today. Caller was in the pet store for 20 minutes on Friday. 8/ /2 Dog White terrier type running in and out of the roadway. Hair on dog is matted and has a tumor hanging off its side. Dog is confined at incident location. ; Left Notice to Comply 8/2 8/ CC Sheriffs Office (CCSO) 8/ /4 Cruelty Cats Injured; Dog, white Dog confined for with black ACO pick-up spots Call received from SGT. McKenzie from the Sheriff's Office about a call he received. The call was a third party call about the resident at the incident location. Caller stated resident was putting out milk and antifreeze in a bowl for the cats. Caller stated there is an injured dog at incident location. Dog has blood on the side of it's head. Dog is at incident location now. The people there have been feeding the dog but nobody owns the dog. Dog is confined for ACO to retrieve.

2 8/4 8/ /4 Injured /5 Type Cat, DSH tabby, white and gray Dog, Boxertype Caller stated that there is a stray injured cat on her property. The cats eye is bulging out of its eye socket and it looks like there may be old blood stains on the cat. Cat is very thin. Cat is in front of caller's house now. Caller doesn't know who cat owner is and has never seen cat before. Brown dog, Boxer-type has been running around caller's street for the past couple of weeks. Caller states dog has growths on its sides, no collar or tags. Transport Emergency Medical Treatment 8/ /4 Dog Husky mix on property. When caller approached the dog, it charged at her. Caller stated dog is now walking onto a neighbor's property. 8/2 8/ / /5 Cruelty ; Dog Bite Cats Dogs, 2, Chow mix, 1 black & 1 yellow Caller stated that the women who lives at incident location was going to poison the cats. Putting out bowls of antifreeze and milk and that there was some out there now. Caller stated that this morning at 7 to 7:30 A.M, his wife was bitten by both of their neighbor's dogs. She was bitten on the back of her left leg and her left foot, the skin was not broken and she didn't need medical attention. However, this is an ongoing issue of dogs always getting loose from neighbor's property. The 2 dogs came over onto caller's property and trapped his wife against the house when she was bitten. Caller has had it with his neighbors lack of restraint for his dogs. Citations Issued; Declared Potentially Dangerous 8/ /3 Dog, black Lab X That there was a large black dog being aggressive in the neighborhood and has been around for a few days 8/ /5 Cruelty Cat, black Caller stated she was dropping somebody off and saw 3 children poking a cat with sticks. Woman asked the father of the children if it was all right to treat the cat in this way. He replied he's training it like a dog and if she doesn't get out of there he will sick the cat on her. Cat was last seen on July 31st 2014 at 1:00 PM (Thursday) Pg 2 of 24

3 8/5 8/5 8/ /6 Dept Emerg Svcs 3181 (DES) 8/ /6 Type Shelter/None or Inadequate; Tethering Violation Neglect Injured; Chronic Issue Dog Dogs Goats, 3-2 appear injured, black & white Dog owners at incident location have a pit bull puppy tied to their back porch by a leash. Dog can be heard today but not seen. Dog has no shelter. Dog was last seen on around 3:30 to 4 PM Caller wishes to remain anonymous because dog owner is neighbor of her elderly parents. Dogs are tied out all day with no water, tied to a deck. Caller stated last night at 7:30PM, a man who lives at the incident location had 3 goats running at large off his property. Caller stated two of the goats were limping. Caller tried to get them back on the property but was unable to get them all. She called today for concern that they may still be at large and or injured. Caller stated this happens quite frequently and someone should go talk to the man about this issue. 8/ /6 Abandonment Chickens Caller stated someone dropped off 6 chickens at incident location. Caller doesn't know who owns the chickens and stated that neighbor doesn't own any chickens. Chickens are at the incident location now. Other 8/ /6 Dog, terrier X Neighbor at incident address allows his dogs to run at large all the time. Caller has spoken to the man but he just brushed her off. Man is not friendly and caller wishes to remain anonymous. The terrier is aggressive. Ongoing issue. Dogs can't be seen now but were last seen 9:30 AM this morning. 8/6 8/ / /5 Neglect Cruelty Dog, GSD Dog German Shepherd, 2-3 yrs old kept in an approx. 4' X 4' enclosure, no roof, 24/7, regardless of weather, occasionally the dog is tied in the yard. Dog is provided with food and water. Sheriff's Office stated they had received a call; caller advised there was a dog tied outside on a leash all day, no shelter or water. CCSO responding. 4 8/5 8/4 8/7 8/7 8/7 8/ / /4 Type Cruelty /7 Dog Bite / /11 Neglect Dog Cat, black and white Dog, black long haired mix breed Dog Ducks /7 Other Dogs Caller called the Sheriff's Office and advised there was a dog tied outside on a leash all day, no shelter or water. CCSO responding. Caller stated that there was an injured cat in her yard meowing, crying and could not move back legs, could not walk. Caller stated her son went on to neighbor's property on around 8 to 9 PM to pet man's puppy and another dog came from the porch and attacked her son. Son was taken to Union hospital and received treatment. 5 to 6 stitches on his right arm and a puncture wound on left hand. Caller is going to fax all hospital findings and treatment from this incident to Officer Buckley. Caller stated there is a stray Gray female pit bull at large on his street. Dog charged caller's dog. Caller doesn't know who dog owner is. Dog has a gray collar on. Caller stated there are 6 ducks in a small 3X4 foot cage with no food or water. Ducks are seen everyday by caller and she is concerned. Caller stated that a person visited the above address and acted in the capacity of a Control Officer illegally. Person was impersonating an ACO but not one of the County's ACOs. This has been reported to Elkton Police Department. Transport Emergency Medical Treatment Other - dog was on its owner's property and current on vaccinations, further action on this will be a civil matter, unless there is another incident involving this dog. Other - took report about impersonating officer and told resident to contact us if he should return, advised the police were aware of this. Resident's dogs were in compliance. 8/ /7 Neglect ; Tethering Violation Dog, tan Chihuahua Caller stated there is a dog tied up outside with no food or water and on a very short chain that is wrapped around a tree. Dog is very skinny. 8/ CC Sheriffs Office (CCSO) 8/7 Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking Dog, GSD Black and white German Shepherd at incident location. It is not their dog and the owners of the property are unable to get him out of their yard. Other - relative of dog owner took dog home and secured it. Pg 4 of 24

5 8/8 8/ /8 Injured /8 Type Abandonment Cat, gray & black striped Cats Caller stated there is an injured cat under her car in her driveway. Cat is bleeding from it's ear, shaking and very skinny. Caller tried to give it food & water but the cat didn't want it. Owner of cat is unknown and caller never saw it before. Caller stated a tenant moved out and has left his 2 cats. Cats are outside of above address now. Cat's owner is known. 8/ /8 Chronic Issue Dogs, 1 black & brown, 1 white retriever Caller stated neighbors 2 dogs, 1 brown & black, 1 white retriever killed 2 of his hens today. Caller stated he didn't see them but he did see dog poop in his yard and stated that neighbor's dogs had killed his chickens before. Hen's heads were ripped off. Other - complainant could not be certain that his neighbors dogs were the ones who killed his chickens this time. 8/ /19 ; Public Nuisance ; Tethering Violation Dogs Caller stated that woman's dogs are again at large and caller has had it. The dogs come onto her property and poop and pee. She stated she is going to call the newspaper and other people about control in Cecil County. She was not cooperative at all. She wasn't answering questions being asked because she was so mad and was very insulting on the phone. Dispatcher got all the information he could, then called ACO and filed this report. Caller wouldn't give her information but I was able to find her information from a previous report. 8/7 8/ CC Sheriffs Office (CCSO) 8/ /7 Abandonment Dog, black Lab Kittens Dispatcher stated that there was a black lab walking down Rt. 272 towards Rt. 40. He stated the caller had said to him that caller was afraid the dog would get hit by a car. Caller stated there were kittens in a wagon with a sign free kittens at Royal Farms. No one was seen around the kittens. Other - found owner and provided education, no violations were observed on follow-up Pg 5 of 24

6 Type 8/ /8 Injured; Cat Issue Cat Caller states they have a malnourished Transport cat contained for ACO pick-up. The cat Emergency was found by the fire station as a stray, Medical and appears to be unhealthy. Treatment 8/ /9 Dogs Dogs are always loose. She has called several times and is very frustrated that the problem continues to happen. The dogs were just loose and the Pit Bull growled at the children in their driveway. 8/9 8/ /9 Injured Cat /9 Other Dogs, puppies Caller states the pet owner's cat is always out, looks very sick, has grease on it. Cat is very thin. Complainant has spoken to the owners about this cat and they haven't gotten it care. A message had been sent to us from someone monitoring Pet Finds that there were going to be Collie mix puppies for sale for $ Later received confidential information that the puppies may be coming from Pennsylvania. The person selling the dogs was going to be at the incident location at 1930 Hrs. 8/ /10 Cruelty Dog, female Pit Caller stated there is a dead Pit Bull that was found in a plastic bag tossed along side the road, Dog has blood on it and feels it may have been killed. Other - necropsy performed, no evidence obtained to identify killer 8/ CC Sheriffs Office (CCSO) 8/10 Dog Bite Dog, bulldog X Caller stated that she was bitten on the knee by a dog from the incident location. Caller stated that the pet owner left right after the bite, stating that she had something to do. Citations Issued; Declared Dangerous 8/ Neglect ; Dog, small black Caller stated neighbor at incident location just lets their dog run at large. Dog came to man and it has a bald spot on it's backside. Dog was last seen yesterday afternoon before 12:00 PM. Caller is concerned about possible Owner/ Guardian neglect. 7 8/ /14 Type Dogs, 1 Jack Russell, 1 Chihuahua, 1 Maltese Caller stated neighbor at incident location lets her 3 dogs run at large. Dogs are not out now but "always" are and were last seen last night at 7:00 PM. One dog in particular is aggressive, the Jack Russell, it has nipped at her and her husband before and she is just tired of the dogs being at large. 8/ Dog Caller stated there is a stray Brindle Pit bull at large at incident location. Caller doesn't know owner. 8/ /11 Dog Caller stated there is a stray yellow lab in her front yard right now. Dog has been in the area for 2 days and caller doesn't know who owns the animal. She is afraid to go outside with the dog at large. 8/ /11 Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking; Dog At Dog, chocolate Lab Caller stated neighbor's dog at incident location keeps getting at large for the past week and dog has attacked caller's dog twice in the past week. Once on Friday the 8th at 11:00 AM and again today at 10:30 AM today, woman was on her property on her back porch and her dog was leashed when neighbor's dog came onto her property and attacked her dog. Both times neighbor's dog grabbed caller's dog by the neck, however both times no injuries were sustained. The first incident, owner stated he would make sure his dog is properly secured and was very apologetic about the situation and that's why caller didn't call about the first incident. Caller stated owner has an electric fence for his dog but apparently it's not properly securing his dog. Caller stated she doesn't want to take any chances anymore, so that's why she is calling today. 8/ /11 Dog confined for ACO pick-up Dog, Collie X Caller stated she has a stray confined for pick-up. Dog is described as a collie mix, matted and limping. Pg 7 of 24

8 8/11 8/ /11 Type Dog confined for ACO pick-up /11 Cat Issue Dog, Pekingese Cat, black DSH Caller has a stray confined on her front porch for ACO to retrieve. She stated we may go onto her property to get the dog. The dog showed up yesterday around 12:00 PM Dog has a blue collar on but no identification. Caller doesn't know who owns the dog. Sick cat hanging around her house. She is concerned for her dog and doesn't know what to do. 8/ /12 Shelter/None or Inadequate Dogs Caller stated there are 2 pit bulls chained outside with inadequate shelter, unknown if there is water. Dogs are in the dirt and in the sun. Other - no pits bulls at the incident location, checked neighboring residences and there were no pit bulls. Contacted complainant and asked for more information but complainant did not call back again. 8/ ; Tethering Violation Dogs, 2 Burmese Mountain - black & white Caller stated that again neighbor at incident location has let their 2 Burmese Mountain Dogs run loose. Man has called before and also asked to speak with an ACO officer about information & pictures that he has previously sent. He wants to make sure that we have received what he sent by . Dogs were out again this morning at 7:00 AM 8/12 8/ / /12 Dog, Rotti Dog Caller stated there is a stray Rottweiler at large at incident location. Owner is unknown and caller couldn't tell if dog was wearing a collar. Caller fears dog may be run over. Caller stated there is a brindle pit bull at large at incident location. No collar on, owner unknown. Pg 8 of 24

9 8/ /13 Type Dogs, 2 mutts, 1 Black & 1 Brown Caller stated neighbor at above address lets her 2 dogs run at large. Caller's son was just attacked by one of the dogs but dog only got a hold of his pant leg. Caller isn't sure which dog it was that attacked her son. Dogs are Owner/ Guardian out there right now. Education 8/ /13 Neglect ; Shelter/None or Inadequate Farm with many different types of animals, mostly farm animals Caller stated at incident location the quality of care for all the animals on the farm is bad. Woman stated the animals are being neglected and their fence is in poor condition. Fleas are everywhere and there are many different kinds of animals. Also a lack of shelter for some of the animals. Caller also stated she suspects they are running a kennel. Caller went there to possibly buy a pig and this is how she saw the conditions of said animals. Caller was at this location on Sunday at 10:00 AM Other - no violations were observed but property appears to be neglected, defendant was counseled on animal care but became argumentative. Future complaints about this property will required a police escort. 8/ /14 Abandonment Cats, 2 Caller stated he and 3 of his crew working at the golf club saw a woman in a dark colored mini van, blue or green, drop 2 cats in the parking lot. He approached the woman and asked what she was doing. She stated, with a shocked look on her face, that she was trying to get them in her car. Caller stated to her that he just saw her drop of 2 cats then drive away from them. Woman then left and cats were still there after she departed and the cats were last seen at 7:00 AM this morning in the parking lot of golf club. Caller got her license plate #, Maryland tags. Caller stated he will put what he saw in writing and mail it to us for our records. Caller does not know if the cats are still there. Citations Issued Pg 9 of 24

10 Type 8/13 8/13 8/ / / /13 Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking; Dog At Dog confined for ACO pick-up Dog, medium sized long hair reddish brown mix breed Dog, Beagle, black, tan & white Dog, black Pit Caller stated that neighbor's dog was unleashed and attacked her dog while her dog was leashed in the field behind their property. Caller's dog was not injured but neighbors dog has done this before in the past and her dog did receive minor injures then. Chief Peterson from Rising Sun Police advised her to report the incident so she called today. The incident occurred Monday around 8:30 PM. No treatment was given to caller's dog. Caller has a stray Beagle confined in her garage for ACO to retrieve. Caller said she might not be there but gave permission for ACO to go onto her property and into her garage to retrieve the dog. Garage is unlocked. Dog has no collar on and she doesn't know who owns the dogs. Caller stated the dog has been showing up there for a couple of days now. Pit Bull is always loose. Caller was walking with their dog and kids and the Pit Bull ran at them. He runs loose with his children all the time. They have a few dogs that they let run loose. Follow-up/ Follow- Up Visit Required 8/ /13 Dog, old skinny chocolate Lab Caller stated there is a stray Chocolate lab that has been coming onto his property for 4 days now. Dog is there now but not confined. No collar on the dog, very skinny and man doesn't know dog owner. Said he never saw the dog before. 8/ /13 Dog Caller stated there is a small black puppy on her front porch. Porch is open and dog is not restrained. Dog is there now, caller never saw the dog before and owner is unknown. Transport Emergency Medical Treatment 8/ CC Health Depart ment (CCHD) 8/14 Dog Bite Dog, gray and black Pit Bull Neighbor's bit a child. The dog was on a chain however, the chain was too long and the dog was able to get into the neighbor's yard and bit the child on the right knee Other - caller did not want prosecution since dog was current on vaccination Pg 10 of 24

11 8/14 8/15 Type /14 Injured Cat /20 Neglect ; Shelter/None or Inadequate Dogs, many, no description left on answering machine Caller has an injured cat that showed up in her front yard. The cat is confined for pick up. ; Transport Emergency Medical Treatment Caller left a message stating she went to above address to buy a puppy but didn't because of what she observed at said residence. She stated there were many dogs running throughout the house and 7 or so dogs behind the house. She stated that she felt that the dogs were in poor conditions and that someone should go check them out. Dogs out back were in some sort of chicken wired enclosure. 8/ CC Sheriffs Office (CCSO) 8/14 Dog, GSD A call was placed to the Sheriff's Office stating that a German shepherd was tied to a post outside of the corner house. Caller stated the dog is severely emaciated and the house has been abandoned for 6 months., Other - property and dog are not abandoned 8/ CC Sheriffs Office (CCSO) 8/14 Cruelty Dog PCO stated that CCSO is enroute to the incident location on animal abuse. The PCO stated that a pet owner was beating his dog and someone saw him doing this. Other - after arriving in area, learned from sheriff's office that the complainant had withdrawn the complaint. 8/ /15 Cat Issue Cat, dark Gray Tabby Caller stated she went to Concord Pet with her dog to try on some harnesses. After going inside she noticed a cage and the cage door was ajar. Caller stated she approached the counter and a cat jumped on her back. Woman received punctures on her back but she didn't seek any medical attention. I advised her to contact the health dept. and I would also file a report. Incident happened today at 11:30 AM. Other - pet store contacted rescue, rescue quarantined cat and health department will follow up. Pg 11 of 24

12 Type 8/15 8/11 8/18 8/ / / / /19 Neglect ; Dead or Decaying ; Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking; Tethering Violation Abandonment Dogs, one breed unknown, one, black Lab Dog, small black Dogs, 2 Bouvier Dogs, 1 Female Pit & 8 or 9 puppies pit mix Caller stated there are 2 stray dogs roaming around on her street and on property. One dog was seen but right now the location and description are unknown. The other dog (Black Lab) is on her property now. Black lab is not aggressive but not confined. Black Lab has an orange Harley Davidson Collar on with no tags. Dogs have never been seen before and owner is unknown at this time. Caller stated neighbor at incident location just lets their dog run at large and lets them out untethered. Dog came to man and it has a bald spot on it's backside. Dog was last seen yesterday afternoon before 12:00 PM. Man is concerned about possible neglect. Dr. Carletti called and stated she just pulled into her driveway and saw neighbor's 2 dogs (Bouviers) on her property and one of the dogs had a cat in it's mouth. Dog dropped the cat as soon as she pulled down her driveway. Cat is now deceased. Neighbor has an electric fence that apparently isn't working. On going issue. Caller stated he is a landlord who evicted some people from his property back in July and they told the man they would come back and get their dogs and still haven't. Man has been feeding the dogs since then and has just spoken to the dog owner today and the man gave him attitude and is not coming to get his dogs. Dogs are at caller's house. Caller also stated that he would also like to speak to an ACO about this issue. Owner/ Guardian Education Other - dog owner contacted and agreed to pick up dogs. 8/ /19 Cruelty ; Neglect ; Shelter/None or Inadequate; Tethering Violation Dogs, Golden Retriever Dogs chained out all the time, from 9am to at least 9:30pm. Golden Retriever, and another small hunting dog. No food, water, or shelter. Ongoing on for several months. Caller stated that he witnessed his neighbor beat the golden retriever with a stick, and with his hands for barking outside. Pg 12 of 24

Other - assisted law enforcement by restraining animal and then returning animal to residence 8/ Dept Emerg Svcs (DES) 8/18 Injured Dog, Collie X Assist Fire Department with injured animal from MVA. ; Returned to Owner/ Guardian; Transport Emergency Medical Treatment 8/18 8/ Elkton PD (EPD) 8/18 Dog Bite North East PD (NEPD) 8/19 Dog, Puggle X Dog, Pit Bull Assist E.P.D. with a dog bite to two humans. Northeast P.D. out with stray Pit Bull wondering neighborhood. Citations Issued; Declared Potentially Dangerous; ; Returned to Owner/ Guardian 8/ /20 Dog Bite Dog, brown and gray Pit mix Caller stated her neighbor, whom address or name she doesn't know, was walking his dog on their street. Man's dog "was" leashed and when he walked by caller's house, caller's dog ran off of her property, unleashed, and was attacked by man's dog. Caller's dog was injured and taken to the V.C.A. in Newark Del. on Sunday, then woman took her dog to her vet for aftercare at Basin Run Hospital on Monday. Caller's dog has 3 drains in it. The incident occurred on Sunday at 3:30 PM. Woman said to call her and she could describe or show ACO where dog owner lives. Woman's dog that was injured is a Black & White Jack Russell Terrier. Caller also stated she would have both the V.C.A. in Newark & Basin Run Hospital Follow-up/ Followfax all of their findings to CCACC. Up Visit Required Pg 13 of 24

14 8/ /19 Type Dog, Cocker Spaniel, black and white Caller stated there is a stray dog at incident location that was last seen 10 minutes ago. Owner is unknown. Caller was driving south on Rt. 95 and that's when she had spotted the dog. Caller couldn't tell if dog was wearing a collar. Dog did not appear to be uninjured. 8/19 8/19 8/19 8/20 8/19 8/20 8/ / / /19 North East PD 3250 (NEPD) 8/ / /20 Dept Emerg Svcs 3254 (DES) Abandonment Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking Assist Other ; Other Neglect Dog confined for ACO pick-up Other - dogs left unattended in vehicle Dog, possible Pug mix Dog, Pit Bull Dogs Chicken Dogs, Pit Bull, white and black Dog, Mix breed-yellow Lab black face, female Dogs Caller is the desk clerk at motel 6 and she stated that a woman who was in room 115 was last seen at 12 Noon on , yesterday, when she paid for her room. Woman was supposed to check out today at 12 noon but has not returned and cannot be reached on her cell phone. Caller stated her phone is not in service. Dog owner has left her little black dog, possible pug mix, locked in the bathroom in her room. Motel 6 would like ACO to come and get the dog, so the room can be cleaned for the next customer. It is not clear if there is food or water for the dog in the bathroom. Dog showed up on their property. Has been laying in the yard all day. Seems like it is dying. 2 dogs running loose, lunging at people. One med gray/brown dog and one med white with gray spots Chief Hamilton called stating he has caught a chicken. Caller stated the dog at the above address is skinny. Caller stated he has a stray dog confined in his backyard for ACO to retrieve. Man has never seen the dog before and owner is unknown at this time. 2 dogs locked in car for a long time. 15 8/ /21 Type Dogs, 1 Pit mix, 1 med sized mix - both dogs are brown and black Caller stated neighbor's 2 dogs are always at large. Last night at 8 to 8:30 PM neighbor's 2 dogs came over to caller's property where caller's dog was tethered and went after her dog in an aggressive manor. If caller's husband hadn't been there her dog would have been attacked. Caller is just tired of neighbor's dogs being at Owner/ Guardian large. Education 8/ /21 Dog, Border Collie Caller is driving on 95 and stated she saw a stray dog about 10 minutes ago at incident location. She is worried that the dog will be run over. 8/ /25 Shelter/None or Inadequate Dog, Pit Bulls, tan Caller stated she had spoken to Chief Hawkins on around 11:00 AM about incident location. She didn't have an address so she called in today with the proper address. Caller stated on she saw 2 tan pit bulls chained outside with no shelter. 16 Type 8/19 8/ /21 Dog Bite CC Sheriffs Office (CCSO) 8/22 Abandonment Dog, Pit X, brown & gray Dogs, 2 Beagles Caller stated her neighbor, whose address and name she doesn't know, was walking his dog on their street. Man's dog "was" leashed and when he walked by caller's house, caller's dog ran off of her property, unleashed, and was attacked by man's dog. Caller's dog was injured and taken to the V.C.A. in Newark Del. on Sunday, then woman took her dog to her vet for aftercare at Basin Run Hospital on Monday. Caller's dog has 3 drains in it. The incident occurred on Sunday at 3:30 PM. Woman said to call her and she could describe or show ACO where dog owner lives. Woman's dog that was injured is a Black & White Jack Russell Terrier. Caller also stated she would have both the V.C.A. in Newark & Basin Run Hospital fax all of their findings to CCACC. CCSO called and stated there is an officer at incident location. The residents have abandoned the property and left 2 Hound Dogs behind. Officer requested ACO assistance to extract the dogs. Dispatch didn't know dog owners name but stated maybe the officer at the incident location might., Other - no citations were issued since the complainant's dog was at large and caused the attack. The other dog was restrained as required by law and current on rabies vaccination. 8/ /22 Dog, black and white Woman from Baltimore County Control called and stated that she received a call from a woman who left no name, no number and didn't know what city she saw the dog. All she knew is it's in Cecil County and the black & white dog was at large on Rt. 95 between exit 93 & exit 100. Dog was seen approximately 20 minutes ago. Only description of the dog is Black & White and the breed is unknown. No Dogs Running at Large Pg 16 of 24

Complainant unable to be reached for more information. 8/ Dog, Pit Bull Caller stated there is a very skinny Pit Bull out in Hollingsworth Manor running at large. Dog was out around 1000 Hrs. Dog was still out around 1130 Hrs. She stated she fed it two bowls of food and gave it water. 8/ /28 Cruelty ; Dog, Beagle X, puppy Caller stated neighbors at incident location are abusing their dog and dog is always at large. Caller stated she saw the children of dog owner kick the dog down the steps and the son was seen hitting the dog with a stick. Also the dog is always at large. Caller's husband said something to them and threats were made by neighbor. 8/ /27 Cruelty ; Dog, silver lab & yellow lab Caller stated she saw a silver lab and a yellow lab at large on Saturday the 23rd in the afternoon sometime. She was able to get the dogs and she parked at the Hilltop Bar and walked around to try to find dog owners. She went to the first house on the left and was greeted by 4 German Shepherds and 1 other dog which were unrestrained. She found dog owner in his backyard and caller stated the man then picked up the silver Lab by the scruff and smacked the dog in the face several times. Caller didn't like the treatment man was giving to said dog. Other - defendant denied incident. Witness said she would submit a written statement that would be needed for further action can be taken but did not submit the statement. 8/ /25 Other Chickens Caller stated neighbor's chickens (6 of them) have been coming onto her property for the past several days. Chickens were last in her yard making a mess this morning at 6:00 AM Man who owns chickens is not friendly. Pg 17 of 24

Breed & owner are unknown. Caller stated the dogs were just at incident location. 8/ /25 Abandonment Cats Real estate agent called and stated incident location is being foreclosed and he is changing the locks on the doors today at 1:30 PM. Asked for an ACO officer respond to extract 8 cats that are in the residence. 8/ /25 Other Dog, Rotti Caller stated her children were walking by woman's house to get ice cream on Sunday at 2 to 3 PM and when walking by incident location they were threatened by a woman at said location. The woman stated she was going to sick her Rottweiler on them. Caller stated when the children got home they told their father who then also went to said location and was also received by being threatened with possible attack from woman's dog. Woman's name and exact address is unknown. 8/ /23 Dog, Pit Bull Pit Bull is out running around again. Was told to keep in by Officers a couple days ago and is back out again. 8/ Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking Dog, Pit, brindle Caller stated neighbor's dog continues to jump the fence and attack her dog. Today they were walking and the dog lunged at her and her dog and then the neighbors got it and put it back into their yard. 8/25 8/ / /26 Other Dog, Chihuahua/J R X, brown/white, named Petey Dogs (suspected) Neighbor's dog is constantly getting out. Dog is on caller's deck at the time of call. Caller has returned dog to owner and its yard numerous times but is tired of having to do this. Caller will take photos and send them to accompany this report. Caller drove past the incident location and saw bags of dog food out by the trash. She was concerned because there are not supposed to be dogs there. Pg 18 of 24

Caller didn't know the dog owner or exact address but stated the dogs are located in the back yard of a blue house directly behind Ace Hardware. Caller stated the dogs are always out and are there right now. 8/26 8/ / /26 Injured Cat Dog, medium, brown Caller stated there is a stray dog in her front yard right now. Dog has been seen before but owner is unknown at this time. Dog has a blue collar on and is missing hair from it's hind quarters and also appears to be in bad shape. Caller is afraid to leave her house with her children if the dog is out there. Caller stated there is a cat in the parking lot at incident location that appears to be sick or injured. The cat is reportedly twitching on the ground. of cat was unavailable by caller. Cat is there now and owner is unknown. Returned to Owner/ Guardian Transport Emergency Medical Treatment 8/ /2 Dogs, Pit bull, brindle, Mini Pin, black & brown Caller stated her neighbor lets their dogs run loose constantly. Cat owner's whereabouts is unknown and there is no working number to reach him either. 8/ /27 Dog, black w/white chest Neighbor's dog was loose yesterday and came at her barking with hair standing up. She was able to use a shovel to shoo it away. The dog again came at her daughter today, barking with hair standing up. Both times owner did take the dog back home. Vehicle is in the parking lot Other - while at the buildings on the side of Wal- enroute to Mart that are burned out. 911 called incident location, back at 17:21 canceling this call. 911 canceled call. 8/ CC Sheriffs Office (CCSO) 8/22 Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking Dog, Yorkie Caller stated that neighbor's dog has broken off his chain and attacked his dog shaking it in his mouth. Caller's dog was a small yorkie 14 months old. Caller stated neighbor at incident location keeps letting her dog run loose on their street. Dog was last seen Saturday at 2:30 PM. Dog is not loose at this time. Caller stated trailer has been abandoned and has no electricity at incident location. Caller stated she saw the people come last night sometime and let the dogs out and put them back inside. They still have not returned. Dogs are inside the trailer now with 4 to 5 puppies. Caller stated the puppies are yelping. 8/27 8/ /27 Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking Dog/Vicious Dog Attacking Dog, Pit Bull, black, white chest Dog, Pit, blue nose Caller stated she called a report in yesterday but is calling again today to report a vicious dog coming at a neighbor walking her child in a stroller. Same dog that was reported yesterday. Dog is out there now. New report since this has escalated to a vicious dog attacking. People have trouble keeping their dogs restrained. Chronic issue. No injuries occurred. Caller stated her dog was attacked by a neighbor's dog and just 10 minutes ago caller's dog had to be put down because of injuries sustained by attack. Incident happened on at 5:30 to 6 PM. Other dog owner stated she would pay for the vet bills but has since retracted her offer. Both dogs were unrestrained at the time of the incident stated caller. 8/ /3 Neglect Calves Caller stated behind Kilby's Ice Cream there is some sort of petting zoo and there are 2 calf's that are real skinny and bones are showing. One still has it's umbilical cord attached. The animals were just seen at 3:30 PM today. Pg 21 of 24

A yellow lab is in the truck and caller thinks it has been in there for a long time. The windows are cracked a little bit. Caller says that practice at the school starts at 3:30 and assumes the truck has been there since then. The dog is panting. Caller was a male, he didn't want to give his information because he said he knew the person driving the truck. Caller stated that once again neighbor's chickens are in her front yard. They come and mess on her lawn and drives her dogs crazy. Woman asked to please help with this ongoing issue. Conduct a kennel inspection at Paws for life. Conduct a pet shop inspection at Petco in the Northeast Plaza. 8/28 8/ / /28 ; Tethering Violation Dogs, Chow mix & Black Chow mix Dog, Lhasa Apso Caller stated neighbor's 2 dogs are always getting loose and running at large. Caller last saw the dogs at large 4 days ago, however, caller's neighbor just came over and told the complainant that yesterday while she was at work the 2 dogs cornered her cat in her driveway. Cat was not injured. Caller stated that the 2 dogs are aggressive and that someone is going to get hurt. Chronic issue. Dogs are not at large at this time. Caller also stated she has filed complaints before and is very tired of the dogs being aggressive while at large and violating the leash law. Caller stated she wants something done. Caller stated there is a stray Lhasa Apso running in and out of traffic by the PNC Bank on Main St. in Rising Sun Md Other - dogs had been previously declared dangerous, owner surrendered dogs and due to their aggressive behavior, dogs were humanely euthanized. Caller gave permission to go on her property to get the dog. Dog just showed up and the owner is unknown. Dog is a bit scruffy and has some sort of bump on it's head. Food, water & shade are readily available for the dog. Caller stated a stray showed up at her house this morning. Dog is now confined in a kennel in caller's back yard for ACO to retrieve. Dog is friendly and owner is unknown. No collar on. ACO has permission from caller to get the dog off of her property. Caller stated neighbor at incident location lets their dog out every night, untethered, to roam free. Dog was last seen at large yesterday when it came at caller but then backed off when caller turned around to walk away from the dog. Dog also doesn't listen to the owners when they call their dog. Constant issue. Caller is unsure of the breed of the dog. 8/ /29 Injured Cat, gray Caller stated an injured cat showed up at her house and is now on her porch but not confined. Cat's injury is under it's right front leg. Cat was wearing a collar, dirty but purple. Caller stated she didn't want to call the owner because she feel there is some neglect issues. 8/ /29 Shelter/None or Inadequate Dog, Rotti Caller stated there is a dog at incident location tied up outside with no shelter.
