NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS EXHIBITORS SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR VETERINARIAN S RECOMMENDATION to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS on entry blanks, and for entering the same dog twice, or for entering a dog in a class in which it is ineligible to compete, regardless of who makes such errors. ENTRY FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED (except bitches in season) in event of errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date, nor in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, excused by the veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by the show committee. If because of weather, riots, civil disturbances, fire, Act of God, act of a public enemy, strikes, or any other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee(s) will be made. BITCHES IN SEASON ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COMPETE in these trials. The Obedience Club of San Diego County, Inc., will refund all entry fees for bitches unable to compete for this reason. Request for refund must be given to the Trial Secretary one half hour prior to the start of judging. MOVE-UPS After a dog earns a title, it may be moved up to the next class in a future trial even though the closing date for the trial has passed. This move-up may be requested if, according to the owner s records, the dog has completed the requirements for the title after the closing date of the trial in which the advanced entry is to be made. The request for a move-up must be in writing and presented to the Trial Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. Move-ups may be approved, provided the next level class (i.e., Novice to Open) and judge are available and the class has not reached its limit. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING. The club and/or its Trial Secretary will not be responsible for, and are not obligated to furnish any service for, notifying exhibitors or their agents of Class judging. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or their handlers alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring. NO DOG MAY BE ENTERED OR SHOWN UNDER A JUDGE AT AN OBEDIENCE TRIAL if the dog has been owned, sold, held under lease, handled in the ring, or has been regularly trained or instructed within six months prior to the date of the obedience trial by the judge or by any person residing in the same household as the judge. See Chap 1 Sec. 14 of the obedience regs. THE TRIAL-GIVING CLUB, THE TRIAL SECRETARY, their agents or employees assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, spectators, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to any child not under the control of their parents or guardians. THERE WILL BE A $20.00 SERVICE CHARGE for any returned check. Checks not honored by the bank do not constitute a valid entry fee. DECLINATION OF ENTRIES: The club may decline any entry for cause and may refuse to receive, or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other causes, and no one shall have any claim or recourse against the club or any official thereof. DOGS NEED TO BE AT THE SHOW only at scheduled time of judging and may leave immediately after unless required for further judging. EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE: Please make every effort to clean up your area, either on the show grounds or in the parking area. Because of the carelessness of some exhibitors, show sites are becoming more difficult to obtain. The Obedience Club Dog Club of San Diego County, Inc, asks your cooperation in cleaning up after yourself and your dogs. By signing the entry form at this show you are agreeing that all clean-up for your dogs is your responsibility. ANY EXHIBITOR WHO DOES NOT ADHERE TO THESE RULES MAY BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION

5 PARKING & CRATING IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS ALL BUILDINGS WILL BE OPEN AT 6:00 AM. SPECIALTY PARKING IS AVAILABLE AFTER 1 PM ON THURSDAY. NO ACCESS TO ANY BUILDING BEFORE 6 AM FRIDAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. EXERCISE PENS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDING. CRATES MUST BE STACKED. FLEXIBLE AND/OR RETRACTABLE LEADS ARE PROHIBITED IN AND AROUND ALL THE BUILDINGS DURING SHOW HOURS. CRATES AND TABLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE AISLES OF THE SHOW AREA, OR WITHIN 30 FEET OF ANY RING UNLESS MARKED OTHERWISE. RINGS WILL BE IN THE BING CROSBY HALL, EXHIBIT HALL AND PAT O'BRIEN HALL. ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE EXCEPT WITH RESERVED GROOMING SPACE. GUARDS WILL PATROL THROUGHOUT THE SHOW. NO PARKING IN FIRE LANES (WHICH ARE 20 FEET FROM BUILDINGS.) Must Have a Qualifying Score. (Best time in rally will break ties of same score). All Rottweilers with a qualifying score in obedience or rally will receive a stuffed toy and neck ribbon with SRCSD club medallion REGULAR CLASSES ONLY. UNLOADING/LOADING ZONE: WILL BE IN FRONT OF DON DIEGO CLOCK TOWER. TEN MINUTES MAXIMUM TO UNLOAD DOGS AND MOVE VEHICLE TO PARKING AREA. 6 PARKING * Del Mar Fairgrounds will charge $14.00 fee for day of show parking, subject to change. * Specialty Show Parking opens after 2PM Thurs. No building access before 6AM Friday. * HANDICAPPED PARKING is available and is to provide easy (paved) access, not necessarily next to the rings. * Generators WILL NOT be allowed in the parking area North of Exhibit Hall and North of Bing Crosby Hall or any of the buildings. Only spaces west of the Exhibit Hall (West Parking Lot/Solana Gate) will be allowed to use generators. OVERNIGHT MOTORHOME AND RV PARKING * Contact the Fairground (858) x2894 for full hook-up spaces. PRIVILEDGED PARKING * The Privileged Parking spaces are extended as a privilege by SBKC. * Parking Charge is $45.00 per day. * Reservations must be received by February 6, If not received, payment at the gate will be $50.00 per day and MUST BE PAID IN CASH. NO guarantee spaces will be available. Parking passes will be mailed. No cancellations or refunds. * Electric hook up is an additional $ and only available when overnight parking is paid & received by February 15, * Parking will be available Thurs. 2 PM to 10 PM, Fri. 6-8 AM & 2-10 PM, Sat. 6-7 AM & after BIS to 9 PM, Sun. 6-7 AM. * All units must be self-contained. Waste water may not be emptied on the grounds or drained into open containers.
