Gina DiNardo, Secretary Directions Nova, Ohio is about 20 minutes north of Ashland and an hour southwest of Cleveland, at the intersections of Rts. 224 E-W and 511 N-S. From Rt. I-71, go West. From Michigan, take I-75 to the Ohio Turnpike East towards Cleveland. Exit at Gate 7, which is Route 250 South. Take Rt. 250 South to Rt. 224, then East on 224. From the North on Rt. 20, take Rts. 301, 58 or 511 South to Rt. 224 and turn West. From Ashland, where the motels are, take Rt. 250 North to Rt. 224 and turn East. County Rd is about 2 miles West of Rt. 511 and a little less East of Rt Turn South and it s the first farm on the right. There is a sign on the corner in the shape of a sheep that says Hado Bar Farm. 3 Notice to Exhibitors ENTRY FEE for the AKC Test/Trial is $45.00/run for Sheep; $45.00/run for Ducks. DAY-OF-TRIAL EXHIBITION ONLY runs for $35/Sheep and $30/Ducks (Please circle correct amount on entry form.) ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FEES. A SEPARATE ENTRY MUST BE MADE FOR EACH DAY, EACH CLASS, AND FOR EACH TYPE OF STOCK ENTERED. PLEASE PRINT OR TYPE information clearly. ENTRY FORMS MUST BE SIGNED by the owner or the owner s duly authorized agent, otherwise entry cannot be accepted. MAKE CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS payable to the Cleveland Shetland Sheepdog Club. All fees are payable in U.S. Funds, drawn on a U.S. bank. RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry. A collection fee of $30.00 will be added to each returned check. MAIL ENTRIES TO: Barbara Kaplan, Shurmer Rd., Strongsville, OH ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms (whoever may make such errors) and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Please type or print clearly and carefully the information on entry forms to eliminate errors. DECLINATION OF ENTRIES: Cleveland Shetland Sheepdog Club (CSSC) may decline any entries and may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause and no one shall have any claim against CSSC or any official thereof. ENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event a dog is not allowed to compete in the entered class, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Show Committee or if because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or complete the Test/Trial. A refund will be given, less a $5.00 fee, if the Secretary is notified prior to the trial start and an alternate takes that run. No alternate, no refund. BITCHES IN SEASON will run in catalog order in all trial classes, but will be placed at the end of the running order in all test classes. ALL DOGS PRESENT MUST BE HELD ON LEASH or otherwise restricted except when competing. Under no circumstances will dogs be allowed to disturb the resting stock or interfere outside the arena with another dog s performance in the arena. See Chapter 1, Section 20 of the AKC Herding Regulations. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOGS.
